Doordashed this, absolutely disgusting this is the fourth time they have messed this up an put god knows what in the steak bowl. I understand messing up but the first couple times, if something was missing. But no they just add whatever in it.
I didn't get my whole order. The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. The front counter girl was running around and appeared to either be untrained or very confused. She had absolutely no customer service skills when she came back around the counter from messing with one of the customers in the dining area. I got greeted with "Yeah, what can I get you". They were out of the flavor of chips I ordered and at first the girl just said they were out of chips. Then when I asked about the ones on the counter, she said "Yeah, you can grab some of those". When I got home the food was ice cold, the meat on my sandwich was cooked to death, as in almost black and crusty, and the cheese wasn't even melted into the sandwich. One of the worst experiences I've had with this company. Now there are 2 area locations I will never go to again. I am considering not spending any more of my money with this company just out of principle. This is the 4th awful experience with this company but the first at this location. Pepperjacks quality measures have definitely gone way down.
I have been to this location a few times now. The food is great. My order has always been accurate and brought out in a timely manner. The employees are kind and helpful. I do have one complaint. There is a foul sewer smell in parts of the building that need to get addressed. Other than that, great experience.
The ratio of food is atrocious. Power bowl had very small amount of beans and meat. Basically just a mound of lettuce. Our Philly sandwich has 1.5 inch of bread-only on each end of the sandwich. Not to mention, the 36 minute wait. Also, prices may have very much gone up. $5 for double meat, what the heck. $4 for chips and dip, which is a small little cup with stale chips. Just go to Chipotle across the street and save yourself time, money, and pain.Side note, the meat is actually pretty tasty and I love their banana peppers. But at what cost?

I paid 19.60 for a steak, shrimp fireball Philly with fries and drink. Was not fireballs, no veggies at all. And at most cooked the box half of fries. It's this what $19.60 is supposed to be? Yall are going out of business fast. I'll never eat here or any other location again.
The staff was wonderful! An issue occurred with my order (not sure what happened) so the manager gave me my order on the house! I offered to pay still because I didn't even know anything happened. They refused to let me pay and she just so kind and compassionate! Super good steak bowl also!
This is the WORSE experience i have ever had at pepperjax.. first time and last time at this location.. they were rude from the time we walked in until the time we left! Horrible customer service. My food was burnt! And not seasoned at all... the manger was so PETTY. WE dined in. She took the nozzles off the fountain drinks so we couldnt gt a refill 20- 25 mins before the store closed. Mind you there was still other customers in there ordering. But for some reason she felt like being funny and took them off and laughed to a co worker about it... best believe we still refilled our drinks.. i will never go to this location again
I'm sorry but this was horrible. I stopped at this location after shopping with my kids, my mom, my sister and her kids. I spent over $37 my sister spent over $35... From the moment we stepped in the staffs dimenuer and additude was negative. First before any food was ordered my mom wanted a bottled water. The guy at the counter insisted that my mom get a cup of water. My mom said sir I'm gonna pay for a bottled water. Then the MOD came out and said they were out of Chips, Nachos, and chicken tenders which was a lie. About 5 minutes later they sold tenders in the drive thru. My daughter touched the Easter decorations and MOD very rudely said "Don't touch those stay off the window". I almost left then but we stayed. Mini corn dogs were burnt. Philly was dry. The MOD made it a point to come over and say "we close at 10" when it was 9:23pm. Then the same lady pulled the pop nozzles at 9:42 laughed about saying I'm pulling these early. 4-15-2022... Poor customer service is one thing that can be worked. I get it but when it's intentional like this. It really put a bad taste in my mouth so to speak. I'll never go back
Just horrible honestly the employees don’t listen or they can’t hear always getting an order incorrect. You ask for cooked vegetables they’re not cooked they’re still hard. Rice used to be hard as hell seems better now but it’s just maybe they need to verify the orders 3 to 4 times to have it correct to nonchalant not enough listening. Worst pepper Jax in Omaha
