Both my wife and I attempted to use the restroom here, but it was drenched with urine. The staff seemed exhausted and tired. The staff did quickly fix my order of a steak Philly when they initially made it a steak rice bowl. There was an overall dirty sticky feeling to the location. We will not be returning.
Watched employees pet a dog then go back and serve without washing hands. Was told that’s ok he works here. Benson area. Not all working but some employees.
Good service, great food.
Portions are great, good flavor love visiting when we come back to visit. Rice bowl but have other choices.
We waited far too long in line. They had to make online orders in between walk up orders. While I get it in this day and age, but I feel like there should have been more than 1 person working the grill and less people standing around waiting for their part of the process. The food is always delicious but the wait time just isn't worth it for me.
The online orders seemed more important than those that showed up to order. Wait to order a sandwich was 40 mins. Food was good.
It's ok for what it is. I've had real Philly cheese steak and this is not it. They don't put jalapenos or mushrooms on real cheese steak. If you want to call it something, at least try to make it look like a real one.
Just left there with fries with Philly cheese steak and burrito and they were busy but they didn't give up like most fast food joints I appreciate the help and service I received I really appreciate it thanks agaon
I do doordash and went to pick up an order and the order got a little complicated but the Manger was super awesome and helped me with order...plus it smelled soooo sooo good in there, lol...
Picture of boxes for attention always forget to take it before I eat.Came in about 7pm with 1 person physically ahead of me.She ordered a Philly with everything but banana peppers. After about 17 minutes I ordered my steak philly with peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. It cooked for ~18-20 minutes while the line argued about some order snafu including a guy named Ryan who had ordered through door dash 4 times.During that time they also cooked the poor ladies food in front of me without any of her topping for the entire duration then threw it all on there at the last second when she brought to up.I'm sure they were training at least 2 people but it's not a great excuse. My food was dry, overcooked and they never dropped my fries or even asked me if I wanted sauces on my Philly. Almost forgot to charge me for my drink and fries and still had to ask for my fries (again after paying) which was another 5 minutes while my overcooked food got cold.As someone who worked in food for years. This kitchen is probably the dirtiest, disorganized, and mismanaged kitchen I have ever had the opportunity to witness. The lobby is a wreck all of the tables have some sort of stain on them from improper cleaning. The liner on the table has who knows long of build up and itself is peeling. The ice machine squeals, the workers are cross contaminating by not switching gloves between meats or even washing hands between stations. This includes touching the bread after raw meats. Now to the cooks credit they do use the papers for the meat but you still can't touch other food without a hand wash. Also they are using the touch screen in the kitchen which I'm assuming has never been cleaned based on the level of grease I could peek at through the bread contraption.I hadn't eaten all day so I wasn't about to peek in the bathroom which in my opinion is the easiest way to tell if a restaurant cleans properly. I scarfed my food knowing dang well that I will regret it tomorrow.. but if you haven't already invested 35 minutes of your life waiting in line and convinced yourself with a sunk cost fallacy please don't eat here. For ~$18 a person you have so many better options in the area including literally buying everything for several Phillies and making it yourself.Might be faster ?
