They got really busy and the register had some issues, but the young dudes working there were super kind and remembered to bring out our fries afterwards.The lettuce in my salad was well past its prime, but my takeaway from this visit was the great service.
Their signature Philly steak is something to be experienced. I grew up in New Jersey for 18 years, so I know how a Philly cheesestake is supposed to taste like. I was recommended by a friend of mine to check this place out, and I'm so glad I did. It's an absolute gem, and the employees were very nice too. The interior and the cleanliness of the dining room was top notch too. The prices are on the high side, but the quality certainly makes up for it.
The food is terrible I mean at the time being it tasted fine but not too many hours later I was hunched over on my toilet in AGONIZING pain. Never coming back.
If my order is ready and I'm waiting longer then 5 minutes you will replace my order ya get that snotty woman at the counter who can't find a way out of a wet paper bag. This store is managed by prolly a long leash puppy!
Food and service is ALWAYS good! We dined in and everything was clean and well maintained. Rice bowl with chicken and tons of veggies!
Another Awesome customer service experience from Spencer & Mike at Pepper Jax Park Drive. Location. These guys are fast friendly and can make one hell of a sandwich! Swing on by and give them a try, you won't be disappointed. From my family to yours thanks again.
My nephew, sister and myself went here for lunch today 1/11/22. We each had a couple salads and pops. The workers not only did a great job, each and every one of them was very personable. And there was a stand out worker who made us all feel super welcome! His name was Spencer. We found out a little bit later as we were finishing up, he was the manager. Ran his location like a well oiled machine. I would definitely recommend this place a thousand times over. You go Spencer, Rock on!
Ordered online to avoid waiting in line. I show up 20 minutes later and they said it will be a short wait. Fine no worry. But then they proceeded to make several customers orders as they came into the store I ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes before I just asked for a refund
My phillie was so spicy paid all that money end up throwing it away.It was the steak phille i never have eaten it spicy before .
Almost completely EMPTY restaurant. One kid cooking, no one else in site. A little gal opened the door from the kitchen, told the cook to let her know if he needs help but did not come out of the back area. We ordered two sandwiches and a steak bowl. Bowl made first and allowed to sit and get cold, then each sandwich was made separately as well. A Manager was putting money in the register but never offered to help get the order completed. The line was filthy, scattered food all over the counter, items low/not refilled. Drink station just as bad; dirty, not stocked. Noticed the little gal from the back come out refill her personal drink but did nothing to clean or refill area.
