I stopped into this gem of a bakery/cafe while shopping. I knew it had to be good because of the line of eager customers. Quick service. The soups, sandwiches, and salads all looked fresh and delicious. I had a bowl of broccoli cheese soup that came with a yummy cookie. The soup bowl was good sized and the soup was hot and so so good. I had a light lunch, but next time I’ll try one of the salads or sandwiches. I highly recommend this place! The staff was amazing!
Tried the tortilla and broccoli cheddar soup. The tortilla was really salty. Broccoli was ok. Panera Bread's has a better taste. Cookies were pretty good. Service was good and the place was clean. They have booths and tables. They have a back room area for seating as well.

Usually pretty good but these last few times have been terrible. Very slow service, even though they have 4-5 people working behind the counter. I got a bowl of soup to go and they gave me the smallest cup- not a bowl- but still charged me the extra price. Put my cold sandwich on top of the soup so now it’s warm. You’re also supposed to get a cookie with your meal but apparently I’m the unlucky one who doesn’t? And the guy taking my order looked like a manager. Ridiculous. Not wasting my money here anymore.

I wish I had seen the Google reviews about sanatation before, because after she ate, we ended up going home instead of shopping more due to her stomach being slightly upset. The symptoms only worsened with time. By the end of the day she was so sick with food poisioning she couldn't even keep down water. It's now a full two days later (almost three, counting the day she ate lunch there), and she has only improved slightly, eating nothing but crackers and electrolyte drinks. I've had food poisioning before, but this is far worse than I've ever had it. Beyond glad I didn't end up eating something, but again, would STRONGLY recommend other potential customers read all the other reviews about poor sanatation and choose wisely so they don't have to go through the same thing.

As far as chains go it's pretty decent. I go for the cookies. Great, friendly service- good deal on cookies. The candy cookie is the best.
Quick and friendly service. The chicken wild rice soup is great. Great kids meal options and the cookie that comes with each meal is a bonus.
I haven't been to Paradise Cafe in a while but it has also been superb... Attending today I was not impressed whatsoever I had to use the restroom before I ordered food and the restroom was horribly dirty the toilet seat in one of the stalls was very loose paper towels all over the place stall door kept opening would not shut. Ordered my food and at the counter there's lettuce on the counter by the register was not cleaned up also a lot of the tables were not sanitized or clean the floor was sticky crumbs all over the place I was pretty disappointed this time around and I probably will not return.
