Love their Duets, the Tuna sandwich with tomato souo is my favorite. Sounds weird but oh so good. ?

I wish I could give a negative star review. Hands down the WORST fast food service experience I've ever had not to mention I paid $15 for 1/2 of sandwich and 1/2 of salad. I will be giving my lunch money to a more appreciative organization. If you can't train your employees on the basics you won't last.
Rude staff. They close at 9pm. I was in dining room finishing my salad and server walked up and said "can I get a box for that for you" i was clearly still esting it. he was in a rush to close the store

I got one sandwich and a coffee and my bill was $16. Definitely not value for service or product. You stand in a long line and you get the food yourself. What exactly are we paying for here?
Just ordered a chipotle chicken, scrambled egg and avacado wrap… the avacado was bad, not sure if that’s mold. ? I love Panera, but everytime I order from this location via Door Dash etc. or carry-out, they ALWAYS forget part of my order. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Ran in for a pastry. The parking at this location is not optimal. Hard faced and tight quarters.
Panera seems to have gone downhill over the past 5 years. The inside of their restaurants aren't very clean--and their menu selections are unreasonably priced for what you get. I have no desire to go back to either of their Center Street locations.
We have been coming here weekly for the last three years but after encountering the nasty rude creature taking drive through orders at 7.30 tonight, never again. Went to the one on Center instead. From now on it's that one or Papillon.People should learn to leave their attitudes at home when they work in customer service.
We go to this location frequently but recently the salads are smaller than usual. I don't mind paying $10 for a salad if it is there usual size. The manager tells me someone was in training and it supposed to be measuring things so hopefully this gets corrected. Ordered chips and got bread with our meals thru the drive thru which this has happened several times which is frustrating. Not sure if things will get better or I will find a new place to go once a week!
