My wife & I stopped here on a lazy Sunday morning about 10:30 am. As we approach the front entrance, garbage is overflowing the garbage can on the front patio. A total turnoff to us, we almost left. I'm actually surprised it was suggested by my wife, as the last few visits we've had in the last 6 mos. have been terrible experiences. There is one particular associate at the front counter who has such a bad disposition, not really rude, everything is a bother and seems like she has no desire to work. The coffee bar was out of sleeves and God forbid you should ask for them to be restocked. It seemed like such an awful task to be requested. Our quality of food was good this time, but how can you mess up a cinnamon crunch bagel & a cinnamon roll. The men's restroom was fairly clean, soap dispenser broken, a bottle of soap provided. The dining room was actually fairly clean compared to our last visit. We were able to find a clean table this time.
We tried the new chicken sandwich and although edible, was underwhelming. It didn't have any special flavor to the chicken and the other things on top were okay, but it felt overpriced. I could get a more flavorful chicken sandwich for less. I was hoping for better. Plus one of the salad sides was like bottom of the dish partially filled container underwhelming, too.We had it for an evening meal and my opinion is that the daytime cooks do a better job of making the food. So maybe I will try it at lunchtime to see if it was just that.
Horrible experience. The employees are unhelpful and rude. I even held the door for an employee (though I wouldn't have known that unless I saw them walk behind the counter.) and she just looked at me funny and didn't say anything. She didn't even have the decency to hold the next door for me. Pretty sure she also was the manager based off of how she yelled at the employees for having a mess in the back. My email said nothing about self serve and my order said it was being prepared. I looked up shortly after and it was just gone from the screen. I mentioned this to another employee, he acknowledged it, disappeared, and then came back and started making food without saying another word to me. After waiting a little while long I was informed by someone else that part of my order was self serve just to find out they were out of what I wanted in the first place. Horrible experience and very rude staff.
So sad that this whole restaurant was being staffed by ONE person! She was very helpful and pleasant to me as I was to her. Hopefully one day establishments will have staff again! Her attitude was still so positive and it definitely booster mine as well!

The food I was served is rotting and poorly crafted by a mob of angry employees. The fact they would even serve up browned, smelly and spoiled tasting guacamole is beyond my comprehension. The French onion soup had prepackaged shredded cheese dumped on it. They didn’t even bother melting it. While I stood in line awaiting the creation of this aborted concoction, the staff / cooks / inmates could be heard yelling and fighting amongst themselves. The place is a better fit to be a traveling circus or prison yard. For the $20 I was charged for this nightmare of a lunch experience, I’ll never, ever step foot back in here. Here’s a tip, hire good help, train them, manage them, and have some quality control. Good grief.

Well I asked for an over easy egg on my bagel and they gave me scrambled but it was still tasty. This is a better location than the one on maple for sure.
I used the mobile app to order a couple totes of coffee. It worked in that my order was there and accurate. However, they had my order at the counter rather than in the grab and go bins which defeated the point of not having to interact with people. Additionally, I wanted my order for a specific time so that it would still be hot when i got to my destination, but they sent a notice that my order was ready about 20 before I was ready for it. I'll use the mobile app again, but will adjust my expectations.
I enjoyed the baked goods but the portions of the actual food were so out of wack compared to the price. The soups and macaroni tasted great and I would have no problem with the price if they would just serve more than 5 spoonfuls per bowl
I am SO done with this Panera. Our office used to order Panera several times a week. We quit because the orders were never correct and they switched to a horrible 3rd party delivery service that can't read instructions and 2 times we never got our food. Even with very specific instructions. Not that we are hard to find.Well I was super busy and decided to give it a go. Well my chicken salad had NO chicken or much else. It was lettuce and some dressing with a few pieces of cabbage. The broccoli macaroni looked to be broccoli cheddar soup with a scoop of regular macaroni in it. Runny and soggy.Even if you pick up the order it is never right (my coworker ordered A mac and cheese sandwich once and it had NO mac and cheese! Just bread) or sometimes someone else's order completely. As an added bonus NOONE ever answers the phone and if they do they hang up on you. I even called customer service and they had the same experience, FROM CORPORATE!I understand things happen, but, when it's been at least 15 times in a row....ridiculous.
