I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. My photo shows that I was supposed to get a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. The sandwich shown is what I received, some type of chicken sandwich. I was really looking forward to this meal because I'm quarantining due to covid and needed some comfort and I got this instead. I called the store to address this and they were kind, but told me they were too busy to take my call and that they would call me back later. Which they never did. Normally, I have an okay experience at this location, but this was really a let down for me given my circumstances :(
This place has so many dirty tables. I had to ask someone to clean a booth for me to sit down. And has even came to clean the other dirty table up. The Manager to clean this place up. That’s how you catch disease! I went to get more onion for my sandwich. The girl made face about giving more onions. If they made the sandwich right. I would not have to for anything. My sandwich was not good at. The cheese was not melted. Young people don’t take pride in doing a great job! I won’t be back at this location. This is the second time being disappointed at this location.
I was not very happy this morning with the way my service was I worried 30 min for decafe coffee this is ridiculous I used to be an employee here 2 years ago and this was never an issues manger walks past us not asking I what the issue is his name is Dillion by the way what a management , we come here everyday for coffee and it seems like we are not welcomed anymore I feel so sad that I have to say. Gas station coffee station is so much better service than I got today it’s very unbelievable I had to ask about three employees just to get me decaf coffee this is very ridiculous I am never coming back to this Panera they definitely need work because when I used to work here there used to be a coffee person and coffee was always freshly brewed and it was barely 8:30 in the morning and there’s barely coffee it’s just ridiculous how they manage to spinning right now.
Do not get the fried chicken sandwich. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Tastes like grade school cafeteria food. Poor quality chicken. Weird spongey bun. No flavor even though I got the spicy one. (The other menu items I have ordered at this location in the past have been good. This location is fine other than seemingly understaffed/slow.)
Several of us waited in line for as much as 10 to 12 minutes waiting for a cashier to come and take an order. It was then that we realized that you have to place your own order on a kiosk machine then have to go to the far end of the restaurant and sit and wait to pick up your own order as it comes out of a kitchen window. The quality of my chicken salad was not anywhere as good as other paneras I visit in the area. Not once did any employee say anything to me.
Place needs real management. Always a cluster inside and the kitchen has a extremely salty attitude. SMILE, it’s FREE!The more $ you pay people the better quality people you will find to run the business successfully.This was the Avocado I received on my sandwich today, some brown is okay but lots of black, got me bent homies.
My husband and I went thru drive thru last night and had the worst customer service experience ever. The girl there seemed like she was in more of a hurry than anything. After dropping $60 for our order, getting home I was quite upset because she not only didn’t grab the right food but didn’t give us the right bagel box, over charged us on out ticket by $15.00 due to adding an extra sandwich on the ticket and NOT including a small container of cream cheese. When we tried calling the store for 30 minutes no one answered the phone. Be careful to go to this store.
I used the app to order and was notified right away that it was a busy time and to expect a longer wait. The order pickup area was a little confusing, but had a screen to show what orders were still in progress, which was helpful.The Mediterranean veggie sandwich on ciabatta is my favorite meatless option at panera. It was made well at the location along with the green passion fruit smoothie.This was a good place to grab a pretty quick meal that is a step up from fast food.
I wish I could say this was a joke but I cannot make this stuff up. First off, they were out of hot water to make hot tea. Not a big deal, but after waiting 15 minutes what came out of the dispenser was hot water riddled with floating black specks (most likely coffee grounds). We brought it up to the worker and she took a different cup and filled it with lukewarm tap water not hot enough to brew the tea. Another person in our group got the unsweetened iced tea that ended up tasting strongly of coffee and workers just shrugged it off. One guy in our group ordered a cheese pizza that came as a pepperoni pizza with minimal cheese on it. Overall one of the worst experiences at any eatery and generally unfriendly and unhelpful staff
I have never honestly liked panera until my trip tonight. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Not sure of this employee’s name but she made my experience phenomenal. She helped us carry our food to our table and refilled our drinks without us having to ask. I will definitely be returning to this location.
