My partner and I got a gift card to Outback, so we had a date night at the 132nd Street location. We had a great experience. We were seated quickly.Our server, Kylie, was super sweet and friendly and did a great job checking in on us. Our service was excellent with everything being quick as well as Kylie making some great food recommendations. Our food was really good also. We will return!
Our server Hailey was AWESOME! Very kind and knowledgeable of the menu, and helped us decide on the perfect meal. I could not have asked for a better experience for our first time here. Will definitely be back!
To the owners: it's rare to get 5 ⭐ out of me, so don't think there's a deficiency.Had a very well prepared grilled chicken with fries and mac & cheese. Only been to Outback 3 times and never disappointed. Service is on point without the hovering. Even saw a new person being trained, which is oddly surprising these days. She picked a good place to work.
The food was great But we waited too long to get the steak sauce and the horse radish that we asked for when the steaks were delivered. Our server was very friendly.
We were with a Birthday party of 12 tonight and we had Shane as our writer. He did an exceptional job. He was very nice, came and checked on us multiple times, got us plenty of refills and most of all was just a very polite young man. Thank you so much Shane. We appreciate everything you did tonight.
normally we have a great meal but tonight it was not good ... my ribeye steak was overcooked I asked for med and it was well done. very disappointed...
Awesome customer service provided by Michaela. Super busy Saturday and they did everything to ensure our visit was great. The food and drinks at Outback never disappoint!
Me and my Australian grandma love to come here all the time and eat the cheesy fries. The servers have great hospitality and food is always good!

The store seemed clean. I noticed there was a person constantly roaming with a bottle of cleaning agent. The server was very attentive and neat. The appetizers were serve all together which was good. I had the clam chowder, my in-laws got salad, as well as my husband. We didn't waited too long for the food to be served. For the main course, I had sirloin with grilled shrimp and vegestables on the side. I told the server that I wanted my steak medium,same with my husband and father-in-law. But when we got it, it was not medium, it was rare. Though was not they way we wanted it, it still taste good.
