We had lunch today at outback and Ricky V was our server. He is fantastic, great service, so friendly and thoughtful. What a delightful lunch. It was so nice , he really made our day extra special, and makes me want to go there frequently to dine. Thanks so much Ricky !!!’
Food was ☆☆☆☆☆! Lobster was sweet, not fishy and melted in your mouth. Steak was juicy and not over done. Service and atmosphere was ☆☆☆★★. Waitress was abrupt, and music was so loud that we had to shout in order to be heard. I would recommend getting food to-go and having a movie night at home ?
Absolutely LOVE going here... although i recently found out i can no longer have meat due to allergies... but i have a 5 year old obsessed with steak.... they are very welcoming when it comes to accommodating a meal i can eat with my allergy. We LOVE coming here and will always return :) we have had yolanda our last 2 visits ... She was in training our last visit and on her own this visit she is absolutely amazing and even remembered us, and our meal :) and we will continue to ask for her
Just picked up our order 20 minutes ago. Ordered medium rare prime rib, it was medium well to well done. Blooming onion was burned and shrimp on the barbi was burned also. Got a baked potato with no butter or sour cream. We live 5 blocks from there for 20 years and have never been disappointed until now . Bright spot was the young lady who brought out our food.
We have been customers of this location for over 20 years. Tonight we ordered thru door dash delivery. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries, chicken fingers platter (2 sides) and the ahi tuna appetizer with a side of steamed seasonal veggies. The ahi tuna was inedible--served on top of coleslaw and canned crunchy noodles. The burger came with no condiments including no ketchup. The side Caesar salad was about 8 chunks of chopped romaine, no parmesan or croutons and a quarter sized serving of dressing. This cost us $90. We called the restaurant to speak with a manager--who after listening to our complaints hung the phone up. We will NEVER go to their establishment again. Sad.
went for dinner tonight only 2 of us. showed up place was next to empty and had to wait ten minutes just to get seated. then are waiter only had 3 tables because that all that was in there because they chasing people off by making them wait when the place was 80% empty ? were I come from working for tips you step up your game more costumers more tips ?
Food was SO SALTY. My husband asked for only onion on his burger and it came w everything. We waited a long time for a table cuz only 3 servers were working. one being the bartender. Abby was very nice but for the price the food was not good. My son spit out his mac n cheese. Disappointed
Food was delicous! The service we received from our waiter Shane made it the best! He was extremely attentive to all of our many requests. Wish every waiter was this polite.
Almost everything was perfect. Clean, nice atmosphere, amazing staff and the food was good too. All of it was amazing, except for the blooming onion and blooming fried chicken. That is why this is only getting a 4 star. It tasted like it was fried in nasty old oil and it only got worse with my chicken. The chicken tasted burned with black on the fried outside. Definitely could have been better. But the steak and potatoes were good.
Tory, our server was amazing! She gave us 5 Star service. I decided to call and let a manager know we had a great experience because we didn't get the chance when we left. I called in and was directed to Zach. He seemed genuinely appreciative of the positive feedback. This was refreshing. It was a great customer service experience all around with amazing food!!! The food was delicious! It made for a perfect evening after a long day! Thank you! :)
