We love this place. Gret burgers, even fries is delicious! (I'm picky when it comes to French fries).They have large selection of beers, and keep rotating them.I signed up to their emails, so they send me an email for free burger on birthday month. (And they do not spam you, so it's just 2 emails a year or so). We celebrate my birthday here with my friends every year, and I appreciate that they can provide a vase for my flowers for the time we eat.
Food was OK. Was seated on the side opposite the bar and near the front. Irritating as the greeter desk is in front of the door and where all the servers gather, so several people standing in a small space, literally blocking movement.During the meal, my friend was addressed as 'lovey', 'beautiful', and 'darlin'. Some people like that familiarity from strangers, I don't. We finally just left with an overall attitude of nothing great and not on the "let's go again" list. The Tito and cranberry cocktail and the beer were good.
Unfortunately will not be returning to Tap House for future dining.A group of us had been to this location several times before and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. On the last night we went, it was a Wednesday (several months ago) and we were handed the happy hour menu when seated. The waitress made sure we saw the specials at the bottom of the page, which included a sale on wings from 3pm-6pm on Wednesday evenings. We had been seated around 4:30pm.The table ordered wings according to the advertised price and enjoyed our dinner. When the bill arrived we were confused as to why the ticket was for normal price when the wings were supposed to be at a happy hour price. We asked the waitress about it and even pointed out where the happy hour price was on the menu. She consulted the manager and eventually told us nothing could be done. We paid our ticket and left.I called to speak to the manager when I got home. I tried to explain my situation on the phone and she interrupted me halfway through claiming to "know why I was calling" and that her answer was the same - nothing could be done. I asked her why the menus on the table were advertising a false price and she told me that the Wednesday wing special was supposed to have a piece of tape over it to cross it out. Furthermore, it was MY fault that I didn't notice that something had been scratched off - her exact words were "you can clearly tell that a piece of tape was here at one point" and that I should have known that it was supposed to be there (even though it never was). She continued on to say the price of wings is too expensive and her answer was final. I asked her to please remove the menus so other people don't get blindsided like we were.
I had to try this place out since its advertised local and farm fresh. Talk about great customer service and friendliness! By the time I sat down three people had already asked me how I was doing and how my day was going. What a treat! Joshua and Mike took really great care of me. They definitely went over the top with customer service they deserve a raise!? I like that as soon as you sit down they have a caddy full of condiments, silverware and napkins ready to go. There was so many good looking items on the menu but I had to go with the jalapeno popper Burger. The meat Patty was definitely oversized for the bun, but it wasn't greasy at all! The fries were fried perfectly crispy & crunchy. I'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu. ?
Just tried Omaha Tap House for the first time at the Pepperwood location. I had the Berry Hungover burger and jalapeño fries with the loaded tater tots as an appetizer. The food was amazing and our server, Marisa, was super friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back and ask for her next time we eat there! Great atmosphere and awesome beers!
Nice atmosphere. We ordered the smoked gouda & bacon melt burger and the jalapeño smoked cheddar burger. Everything was absolutely delicious!! I ordered fries that arrived in this cute tiny fryer. They were crispy and tasty. The only complaint was that it took a long time for our food to come, and the server wasn't very attentive. So the food gets the 5 stars!!
My favorite fancy-burger in Omaha. Quality is top knotch every time I go, and the 3160 and Berry Hangover burgers are INCREDIBLE. I know peanut butter and jam sounds like a weird thing to eat on a burger... but just trust me. Try them.
The first time we went was tonight and we were the only table didn’t get sat and I feel as if they were racist they were quick too take are menus we werent even out the door never will I go again
This was our first time coming hear as a family and it was fantastic! Our waiter was great and all of his recommendations were big hits!
Great place to kick back and hangout. Decent food and lively vibe. Good for family night out.
