Delicious! The food is amazing and the smells are impossible to not start walking towards. Super good!
One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had! We came to the zoo to try Omaha Steaks but the restaurant was closed because of covid. There’s only the outdoor space that sells mostly “Omaha Steak” burgers. The patties tasted like they bought it frozen from 7-Eleven, defrosted and grilled it till it was dried and burnt. And now I’m never going to buy Omaha steaks! Shouldn’t known better than to expect anything good from zoo food.

The food here is amazing! I loved the burger. It was well worth it. Follow the dream smells of the food here that leads you up to this amazing place! Wow! It was delicious! This is just the right place for you to buy GREAT food.
Im from Milwaukee so used to flavorful food...my burger was so bad i got a refund and skipped lunch! Didnt even taste like real beef...off taste and texture so not good! The smell lures you in but the food is gross! Also very overpriced...over $12 for a plain burger, bag of chips and bottle soda. The burgers are bulk...precooked god knows when...really bad experience!
Dry and burnt burgers. Asked to change, got a different burnt one
We were hoping that there would actually be steaks here, but it was hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, and chips. We were hoping to get "real food" instead of kind of the same fare as in other parts of the zoo. The burgers were good, nothing special. Everything was very expensive as it is in the zoo. More just disappointed with the selection when the name says "Omaha Steaks Grill".
My son recommended this place and it did not disappoint. This is not a full steak house. It is a place to get a quick upscale burger, hot dog or brat, before seeing rest of the Omaha Zoo. However, the food we got was very good. Famous Omaha Steak burgers and brat's. Too me it was sa wort it.
