Incredibly rude. Donuts were average, but the service was appalling. They act as if they do not want business and you are doing them a disservice by buying their products.

We have been getting fresh sweet rolls and donuts from this small family owned bakery. The absolutely most delicious in all of Omaha. Fresh baked and fryed the day you purchase them. Get there early as they go fast. The also bake other things. Stop in it worth the drive.
Just had my first doughnut from this place after a co-worker brought them to the office. This was incredibly good. I had never even heard of this place. I will be making pit stops here more often!

Olsens bakery is a staple in the south Omaha community. I’m the 3rd generation in my family to patron this shop. Everything is ALWAYS amazing the staff is always wonderful and I can’t stress enough how perfectly delicious the donuts are. It’s our first stop every for every member of my family’s birthday. I absolutely love the kolaches. If you want a perfect donut or pastry and you want to support true local business, GO TO OLSENS!!!

This is most likely the best doughnut shop in all of the Omaha & surrounding area. The doughnuts are made by Mrs. Olsen & Family in house from scratch every day. Everything in here is fantastic and fresh. You can taste the difference and no other competitor even gets close. To add, they even have a variety of fresh cookies. From chocolate chip to sugar to peanut butter and then some. They are about a 3" cookie in size. My favorite is here is the glazed croissant and the pecan roll. They're just an explosion of flavor and the rush of satisfaction is out of this world. Give them a shot, its well worth the time and the drive. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
This place is a hidden gem, they serve some of the best classic pastries in town. You can really appreciate the love that goes into it.
