The food was good but the service was very slow and they messed up our order which took another hour. Would not recommend as you’re better off ordering pizza from another pizza restaurant.
Bartender was well attentive and got our food and drinks out quickly while the dining area was noted as closed. He was simultaneously filling take out orders. He did a good job!
To say the service was just slow would be giving it a compliment. It had been awhile since we had been here because of bad service before but with the Mother's Day offering we decided to try them again. It appears it has gotten worse. Pizza was cold and cheese not completely melted, other entre was hot.. To many other places to eat in town so will be a long time before we return. It used to be a favorite spot for us.
Don't know if you know but, Old Chicago has a great all meat deep dish that is in the running with all the other top notch pizza restaurants. Try prove me wrong they they got what it takes to make a nice meat pizza that's deep dish. Just awesome
I love Old Chicago and come here often. The service here is great and I love the beer selection.But the food has really gotten terrible. The attached photo is an order of boneless wings.Old Chicago corporate, do better!

Soooo ig when you order a Philly cheese steak it comes in a pool of grease. Oh yeah the meat was burnt, oh and it took literally 1.5 hrs just to get the food! Thanks guys
Ordered food online and even called to confirm my order would be correct due to allergy. Food was not only incorrect and missing, the woman on the phone was completely unhelpful. I repeated myself 5 times before eventually just hanging up in frustration. Their service is going downhill, similar to the Papillion‘s location before it closed. I work in the service industry and so bad customer service just really gets to me
service and menu!! Not worth the time or money spent waiting for your food!!
