This location's cakes are very dry everytime I've had them. They seem to be a few days old. I'll drive to regency from now on.
All the bundts are delicious. My particular favorite is the lemon. Unfortunately this location is very near me and hard to avoid LOL. Their boxes of bundlettes (mini bundt cakes) are perfect as a gift or when you are having people over.
NbC is the BEST place to get cakes for any kind of occasion or just for a sweet treat. They have a range of delicious flavors including a gluten free one. They also have a flavor that rotates every couple weeks to keep it interesting. The staff are all so inviting and welcoming. They are well versed on their cake knowledge and are always willing to help. The store is also very well decorated and has a range of things to look at and shop for while waiting on cakes. Their cakes are so moist and with the cream cheese frosting...wouldn't buy from anywhere else. They also provide delivery and wedding set up. They got you covered for all your cake needs.

Nothing Bundt Mistakes ! The cakes are good, but they dont seem to care when mistakes are Made. We placed an order for a Birthday party we were going to, for pick up on Sunday. We were told they opened at 9, wrong they open at 11, and here we are needing to drive an hour for a party. We waited untill 11, and they said they didnt have an order for us, and wanted to verify the location we ordered from. We gave them the number we called and the person helping us didnt even know what the phone number was there. A few minutes later someone brought up out order and said we had talked to a new person. I understand mistakes can be made but the people working seemed like they could care less.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location in December. I reached out to the company afterwards. It's been almost two months, and I have not received a reply.
Love the cakes but around holidays they won't allow custom orders on bundtinis. With 6 kids who all want something different this is a real bummer. Lack of flexibility lost this customer.
Repeat several times for gifts. Always they have been loved. They are special.
Ordered and prepaid for the chocolate, lemon raspberry, confetti and one red velvet Bundt cake over the phone. The taker did not say the cakes were only lemon. When I picked up the box it was sealed and the girl didn’t open it to show me. My grandson whose birthday the cakes were for did not want the lemon. I called and was told i could exchange the lemon ones for the white chocolate raspberry. I said I could immediately return the 4 lemon Bundt cakes. But then she put me on hold and returned telling me I couldn’t return them. More or less too bad for me!Spent $50 and have a very unhappy birthday boy! Hope the manager calls me tomorrow.
I wanted to get something different for a birthday. I ordered a white chocolate raspberry cake and wow was it delicious. The decorations and presentation were beautiful. I used online ordering and it worked perfectly. Pickup was on time and super easy. All at a reasonable price. I will definitely use again for that special occasion.
