Nice day to get back to the former dining out experience for Mother's Day weekend & this crew made it as good as today's weather. Their chicken zucchini linguine is delicious alternative to pasta; ours included lots of onions. The kids meal is a nutritious and reasonably priced. Our 6 piece pot stickers rounded our experience.The dining room was clean but blared music; we managed in spite of the noise level. Thanks Noodles and Company for an enjoyable Saturday!
I’ve gone to noodles a bagillion times and always get the CHICKEN pesto cavatappi. The past 3 out of 4 times I’ve gone there was no chicken. I called the first time, and just let it pass the second time but then it happened again… when I mentioned it to the lady she said I didn’t order it with chicken when I clearly did. She gave me a tablespoon sized portion of chicken on the side… I’m not a confrontational personal at all so I’m just pretty bummed that the same thing keeps happening over and over when I’ve had no issues with my order in the past :/
My wife and I had a great dine in meal. The food was delicious! Faith did an awesome job!
Repeat customer for years, walked in to pick up an online order. Came a bit early and was directly told it was going to be ready soon and they would “let me know.” I was totally okay with that so I sat down and waited. A whole family and a few others came into the store after I had sat down. After about 10-15 minutes they all received their food before mine. Each person was notified and handed their food by an employee. At this point I shouldn’t have been as patient as I was but I assumed there was a reason for the delay as I was in plain sight of all the employees and they all took occasional looks at me. After almost 25 minutes they asked me if I was there for an interview?? I told them I was still waiting for my order. The employee looks around and and for my name. After looking around She then took a bag from behind the counter and hands it to me. Turns out it had been ready the entire time, and was never given to me. no one informed me or even indicated that it had been ready for 20+ minutes. I received cold food and a it was a complete waste of time.
Customer service was good my first time in a long time my order had hardly no meat and noodles very dry noodle would of asked for more sauce but not for sure if would of made a difference I had the Japanese steak pan noodle?
DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACEI'm sorry to yell at you, but I need your attention. Their posting says that they pay $14-$16 per hour, but they don't. They pay 11.50 base plus tips, which aren't guaranteed. They will waste your time and won't even be prepared for your interview. They'll invite you for a second interview but will ask the same exact questions. Don't do it.
Submitted an online order. Arrived about 15-20 minutes later. Food wasn't ready yet but they were quite busy so no big deal. Waited a bit longer, got the order, headed home. Upon arriving at home and getting settled, noticed the Penne Rosa was correct but the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni w/ Steak wasn't correct according to the modifications.Headed back to the restaurant. Notified the cashier of the issue to which she condescendingly asked if I wanted it remade and then mockingly yelled the order to the kitchen staff before handing them the receipt.During the wait, noticed the women working the front snickering, motioning at me, and all around making me uncomfortable. Overheard them saying they'd offer me a rice krispy to "make me feel better."Received the order after about 10 minutes. Refused the treat (felt belittling), took my food, went home. ...Upon getting home, learned that the steak was missing...Went back for a third time. The cashier, who I now learned was the manager (and was one of the women snickering at me while my order was remade), remembered me. I asked for a refund, to which she has processed since.Not sure I'd go back. The customer service was lousy and having to go back so many times really ruined my evening. Have no confidence that my food will ever be made accurately.

After my husband arrived to pick up our online order we learned they didn't even have our order. My husband had to show our order confirmation which then they started to make it. After waiting and getting home late we both went to grab our food and eat a few bites in I found this (see photo) in my salad. $31 later I have 2 meals plus almost a whole salad hitting the trash. I question the cleanliness of this establishment. Absolutely disgusted.
The pasta is pretty good for a fast food place. I would definitely recommend getting extra sauce and not ordering on any delivery app. The experience is better if you go inside or order take out. I got the penne Rosa with extra sauce and the pot stickers. It was delicious.
