My husband and I came here with another couple we were out with. It's a very fun environment. Even though they were very busy, the 3 ladies working had a system down and were working very well together. On top of them being very busy they kept an excellent attitude and still greeted everyone as they walked through the door.We did wait for some time for our ice cream but it was worth it. They made it fresh right in front of us. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back to try more of their flavors.
Great ice cream but very, very, VERY slow service. My family of four waited for over 30 minutes for our ice cream. Staff seemed very scattered, occasionally ringing up customers, occasionally running to a back room, and finally, occasionally making people's ice cream. No real organization or system in place. One of our cups got pushed to the back, so while the other three of us ate, my husband was still waiting on his ice cream.Great job preparing the ice cream though and it was very tasty!
Great service. Went in with 6 kids and each had a personalized experience picking out flavors and getting their names written on their creations. The one young lady that was working did a great job.
Was at the downtown location and waited 40 minutes for our ice-cream. There were people walking in and walking out. The place was full with no seats left. The bathroom was out of toilet paper but still it was worth the wait. The gentleman there welcomed every person that walked in and was there alone. He was polite to every single person, everyone had a great experience that was patient and understanding. I truly hope that this young man gets the appreciation and recognition that he deserves for not just doing his job but the job of more than one and he killed it. 5 stars for this man.
Catchy great concept but extremely poor delivery. We should’ve known not to place our order after walking into the Jackson St location and 20 people in the store plus come to find out 8-10 outside…waiting for their ice cream. The one and only person working was a nice young man that greeted us almost immediately after walking up to the counter and took our order but first mistake is he neglected to tell us it would be at minimum a 2 hour wait after placing the order. We left after waiting an hour with 18 cups still ahead of ours. I would say an average of 15 minutes per dish of ice cream. I can’t say how the ice cream was because we didn’t try it and unfortunately this experience tonight ruined the chance of ever attempting it again. Dozens of people came in after us and were told by other customers not to order because of the wait. I’m disappointed but my daughter was completely disappointed.

Very good rolled ice cream! The staff was very enthusiastic and fun! Definitely will be back the next time we're in Omaha! Give them a try!
Dope place, black own...even tho they didn't have any workers due to people quiting I still felt like the customer service was A++ and we waited 45 minutes. The product was well worth it!!!!!
I really want to support my local businesses, especially in my neighborhood, but the Rockbrook location has TWICE left me feeling like I was inconveniencing them. Hours say open til 10:00 but at 7:20 lights are out and the girls acted like we were putting them out asking for ice cream. The first time we went, we had a guest from out of town and we got the same treatment. So bad that we left without ordering. Liked the ice cream but sure didn’t like the attitude.
Mixins Omaha is the bomb! Their rolled ice cream is SO smooth and delicious! Vandra was so extremely friendly and is an ice cream artist with a delicious recipe! Will MOST definitely visit every time we come to Omaha!
