I had the Italian sandwich with the mac and cheese for the side. The sandwich was good but got soggy and got to room temperature fast with all of the toppings and oils. I would recommend getting the toppings on the side for takeout orders. The mac and cheese was good. Everything was a bit pricey but not too bad.I could hardly understand the kid that was taking my order and saw a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. Customers think about things like that when we pay $11.00 for a sandwich and side that cost just a couple of dollars to make. I'll try again in the fall.
Great food and huge shout out to Aaob! Great to see him get and put on his name tag, a new employee full of smiles and charm, got our order correct and great follow up service with a smile. Godspeed ahead kiddo!!
Clean. Good service. Quick. Tasty. Cucumber and tomato salad didn't taste good but everything else was delicious. The tortilla soup is creamy and very different from what it "should" be like but pretty much what to be expected from a sandwich shop.
This place has the BEST loaded potatoes! It's my carb/starch go-to. The potatoes are huge and truly loaded with whatever you like. You can't beat the quality or the price for the amount that you get.
The broccoli and cheddar soup was amazing!! The salad was so good as well! I got the spicy turkey sandwich and it was ok. The bread was a little too crunchy for me, almost seemed burnt. I also ordered a fruit bowl on the side and I got a applesauce instead so I was a little disappointed. A little pricy but the soup and salad were just SO delicious!
OMG! Amazing! I am kicking myself for not taking pictures from my visit yesterday. I was there between 1230-2pm, on Saturday, the 12th. Not very busy for a Saturday, but it was very cold, so I understand that. We were able to seat ourselves, and it was very clean. The staff would clean the tables often. The tableside option is amazing. You order from the app/website and they deliver it right to your table. There was an issue in the app with ordering one of the sides. The staff was very accommodating, and substituted, no issues.I got the New Yorker, with the horseradish Dijon and potato salad. For the price, it was a very good value. Lots of meat, and the ratio of bread to meat to condiments was perfect. The taste. On point.?Hubby got the same as me, but on a baguette instead of marble rye and honey mustard. He also got the black Angus spud, both of which were amazing! He also got the broccoli cheddar soup. I personally thought the soup was a little bland for my taste, but I was also eating a VERY flavorful sandwich, so I don't hold that against them. Our son got the modified ham melt. He is a little picky and a little vanilla. So he took off everything but the ham, cheese and mayo. He is 14, and that filled him up.My mom got the veggie spud and the French dip with potato salad. The veggie spud has a slight kick because of the Rotel cheese sauce, but the broccoli and spinach was interesting. I've never had veggies on a potato, but it was good. The drink refills are free and the staff is very helpful and hardworking. I would/will definitely go back.
Arrived on a date at 7pm and wanted to try a “spud” basic cheese only, but shockingly they said they couldn’t sell any. Door dash person picked up one at the same time, guess that was the last one? So I ordered a broccoli cheese soup (glad I only ordered a cup) arrived cold (not even warm, how long has it sat out not at the appropriate temperature?) without any crackers. What a waste of money and embarrassing, on a date and ate nothing.
The food was ok, and the service was good. We had the spicy southwest chicken and Angus beef sandwich. I did like the southwest chicken much better, but for the portion and sides that it came with, it was a bit expensive. Among other deli’s I have been to, they had the more remodeled seating area, which was nice. It was probably my first and last time dinning with them due the quality and cost.
This was my first time trying McAlisters. The staff was attentive and polite. I ordered the steak and white cheddar which apparently is new. It was quite delicious! It was warm and toasty, loaded with plenty of meat. The chibata was soft and airy, not too heavy like some I have had before. I also got a tomato and cucumber salad on the side which was refreshing and it wasn't overly acidic. I will def be coming back here. Thank you!
Would love to give this a zero. Other than my sandwich having items that I requested off still on and out side of our sides being completely incorrect I would say the rude service was the ultimate middle finger. Never paying for this trash again and will advise everyone else the same
