We've been to this restaurant before and really enjoyed it, especially the quiet atmosphere. So last week we went for my husband's birthday. Why did I give this 4 stars, not five? Well, the plusses are that the service was excellent, the bread, salad, and baked potatoes were superb!But the main reason we went to Longhorns was, of course, for the steaks. Both of our steaks, Sirloin Strips, were mediocre, at best. They were dry, tough, and I actually took 1/3 of mine home for our dogs. I never do that. My husband took 1/2 of his home and later cut it really thin and made fajitas out of us so as not to waste it. We were both seriously disappointed. I was going to write the manager an email so as not to embarrass them online, but I could find no email address to write to. ?
Decent. Not a real steakhouse. Nice employees and fast to bring food out.
They were super accommodating and gave us a seat closer to the door. Our waitress was nice and only came by the table a few times. She had a good sense of when to ask if we needed anything and how often. The restaurant was chilly so i recommend wearing a light sweater. You could get hints of what was going on in the kitchen, but the aromas weren't overbearing. The food was AMAZING I ordered the chop steak and the mushrooms are the best I've had. The steak filet was seasoned to perfection. The asparagus had a slight lemony taste but was delicious. The parmesan crusted chicken wasn't soggy and had a nice crispy outside. 10/10 would definitely come back again.

The food was great and freshly cooked. Everything looked and tasted great. The service from the waitress was really good shrimp took great care of us. (Angi) is all I can give you but she was great in helping us decide off the menu, also she was kid friendly.

Long wait to be seated and long wait to order. I am sure this is related to city wide staffing shortages.Food quality going down and portion sizes too. I always order the regular ribeye. Last two times have been much smaller and definitely a lesser quality. Overly seasoned to make up for lack flavor and very dry. Both unusual for this cut of beef. Other meal was chicken tender for an adult, more of a child's meal size. Very disappointed
The steak was the best part of the meal. The waitress was maybe too busy to be on our table and that is understandable with Covid but her inattentive behavior was not good. My 1st drink was correct and when asked for a refill it was incorrect I asked to swap alcohol because some alcohols make me sick. Not wanting anyone to spit in my drink I did not return the second drink which I will pay for later. Our waitress was also snappy with some answers towards me and was trying to be nice to my husband until she realized I was paying. I would try another location before I deal with a staff like this again
I had the t-bone, medium rare, with a loaded baked potato and it was exceptional. The service was excellent and I was allowed to eat and enjoy the meal without interruption. I spent less than $30, not including the tip. I could not have purchased everything I had from the grocery and have paid for it for under the price I paid for my meal. I will definitely return!
LongHorn Steak House has a great atmosphere, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is of good quality and will not break the bank for a family to enjoy a good dinner. It is one of the best for a chain restaurant. I do highly recommend them.
