We have never eaten at this location before but were in the area so we stopped. For the first time in probably 40 times of eating at Longhorn, my filet was inedible. I could barely cut it it was so tough BUT I sent it back and they had a new, DELICIOUS one out in just a few minutes. I get that things happen and in the end they made it right and that is all you can ask. I would definitely eat here again.
This experience was anything but amazing. When we arrived we were informed we needed to wait for a clean table. Totally fine. We were seated less than five minutes later. Our waiter came promptly and greeted us with jokes :) , took our drink orders and then disappeared. Came back ten or fifteen minutes later for our food order. Once our order was placed we watched five other parties leave before our food finally came. Unrolled my silverware and my knife was very dirty. So I kindly asked for a clean one, which our waiter brought. Unrolled that one and same thing knife was dirty. Third time was a charm on the silverware. Unfortunately the bread was very dried out, and part of our order was wrong. When we asked our waiter to bring us some toppings he said it's on there when it clearly wasn't. After we got out correct food, we did not see our waiter again. We finished eating, asked for the check. Ten minutes passed and he came back and asked how we were doing and if he could get us anything. We both looked at each other like, is he joking? Asked for the check again. While waiting, the previously stated five table still had not been bussed. So overall not a good experience. The food was ok at best but the actual experience kinda trumped the food sadly. :(
Our family celebrated my Mom’s 80th birthday last night, a table of 14.Amy was our server and probably the best I’ve ever had. She made everyone feel special. Was kind and thoughtful. She never missed a beat. Our food was excellent and Amy made the evening that much more special. Thank you, Amy.
I really wanted asparagus for dinner. LongHorn had a pretty expensive asparagus dinner available, but it came with a side order of 20oz steak. Both were delicious as always!
Everything was good. I got the double chickdn breast with Brussels were a little overcooked alsogot the loaded baked potatoe....everything else was great.
Only got a 3 because our waiter (the bartender) who was very busy took pretty good care of us. The bad part was my wife’s steak was ordered medium but came out well done. For a “steakhouse” they need a new cook. Seems all businesses need more help, but get a good cook??
Our formal night out. Absolute brilliant idea to come to Longhorn, got me lots of brownie points. We were seated immediately and very well served. The mushrooms appetizers, which aren't normally my forte simply because I'm not a fan of mushrooms, was amazingly delicious. Dinner was hot, juicy, and tender. My girlfriend irrevocably destroyed the shortcake for dessert. 20/10 would recommend/revisit.
I can't believe that I have lived in Omaha 20 years and have never been here! I have been missing out. All the food from appetizers..salads..entrees and dessert car exceeded my expectations. The server and manager on duty treated us so wonderful. We will definitely be back very very soon to try other great looking entrees on the menu!!

Our waitress Emily went above and beyond to give us Great service. Listened to my needs for my strict diet. Talked to the cook and came back to ask questions to meet my needs. We were VERY impressed with Emily and the service and food we were served. This was o 3/35/22
