I’m from Kansas City and come to Omaha often and this is a must if you’re visiting, best place in Omaha! But the last time I went I ordered the chicken barbecue pizza and received something else like meat lovers or something and I almost cried. It’s good but not as good as the chicken barbecue
Please for the love of god and all that is holy, invest in a better drive through speaker. The food is always amazing and the employees are always friendly and nice but they can’t hear a word we say to them. Each time I order a few items I end up getting at least one wrong. It’s frustrating.
The slices are huge and everyone gets what they like. You can't ask for more. Great pizza!! Nice to have different choices for your slice. Clean in here and staff is friendly.
I previously rated lighthouse pizza five stars. I live close to the pacific location and have gone there frequently for 5 years. This place completely went downhill. The owner should send in some secret customers to report back and I’m sure he would be appalled. Went there twice in the last two weeks and the first visit the pizza was burned bad and the most recent visit, they told me 10-15 minute wait. I showed up 45 minutes later and they told me they hadn’t started my pizza. The manager was rude and did not offer any coupon or anything for my time. I’ll probably never go back. I would rather go to Casey’s.
My experience was HORRIBLE !!!!!! Not only did lighthouse get my order wrong but the driver must have dropped my pizza or something because it was all flipped over … when I tried to call to explain my issues and how I was upset after spending 98 dollars for pizzas that were not even what I ordered .. Summer who is the manager “MANAGER” key word was extremely rude she told me they won’t make the order over or give a refund because they don’t make mistakes I did … she was not professional at all so I tried to talk to someone else , jasmine then got on the phone another manager as well and told me that the whole crew was upset and that she was not talking to me about my order or concerns anymore… if I could give lighthouse a rating it would be -10 I will never go there again … I guess they don’t teach customer service in their training … absolutely pitiful!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a build your own pizza with honey wheat crust. The toppings were pretty good and flavorful but the crust leave something to be desired. Not real pizza like, had to eat it with a fork. Overall everything tasted pretty good so I would give it another shot and hopefully it’s just a bad day with the crust.
The last few times I have been they have made the laziest and most incomplete pizzas ever. I always get the mac and cheese and this was the pizza the last time I went. Lazy workers.
Had lunch here with a friend, staff was great and pizza was outstanding. Portion size was nice and the price was very fair. I will be back soon!
This is a fun and unique Omaha original. I mean, where else can you get fries ON your pizza? And the whole concept of a restaurant serving pizzas and French fry baskets are their main two dishes is also cool. You can get a whole pie, or slices that are 1/4 of the pizza.. They even have a drive-thru pick up window if you call ahead and order.
Called them trying to order a pizza at 10:15pm. I was told they don’t accept pickup orders after 10. The only way to buy a pizza is to go there and wait. Someone is going to have to explain to me how that makes any sense. It’s after 10 so I have to go there and wait 20+ minutes for them to make it? How about you take my order so I can come get it when it’s ready? Since when is that how ordering a pizza works? Seriously annoying because I do like their pizza.
