Absolutely fabulous! Juan is a master at creating tiki drinks. So knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Drinks were top notch. Food was delicious. Met Bradley, the manager and he was delightful. He is very in tune with everything tiki related, including recommendations for other tiki venues. We could have talked for hours. Anyone in Omaha must visit Laka Lono.
This incredibly Chill (cap C), vibe-forward tiki bar is my favorite thing about Omaha. I feel soo lucky to have stumbled in here during a random torrential downpour on a Tuesday afternoon. I would classify as an ideal date spot
Delicious drinks and incredible atmosphere! This tiki bar definitely went all out with their design.My husband and I stopped in while visiting Omaha from out of town, and our drinks were delicious. This is such a fun atmosphere and friendly people!
Most of the staff were great. Others... Not so much. The manager was absolutely amazing in finding us a table and sending over multiple servers to help my group. The ambiance is one to experience! The drinks are fun and very boozy. Go, if you're looking for a fun and crowded atmosphere on the weekends.
The drinks are delicious! The bar tender was an expert and I was thoroughly entertained while waiting in the drink line just watching him do his thing.We went on a Saturday evening and the place was uncomfortably packed with no where to sit. It kind of had a club vibe to it which isn't my scene. If I were local I would try going back on a weeknight because this place would be perfect if the atmosphere was chill.
The drinks are great. The vibe is fun. Try to visit on a week night when you can really take it all in.
Haven’t been here with my husband in about 7 months. The last time we had come here the service was unmatched, drinks were amazing. This past time we had come… not so much. The place was packed. And I do understand how crazy it can get as a server. What had really tipped me off to write this review was that my husband and I were both clearly done with our drinks, as were the other couple at the table. The server had gone up to the other couple at the table, asking if they wanted more drinks. We figured they were just making a quick stop on their way to other tables. Waited 15+ minutes with no server coming to out table. We immediately left after that. We did not feel valued in that establishment. The drinking are very good, but the customer service is not what it used to be. Pretty disappointed.
Very cool place. Quite the elaborate tiki vibe, and a good selection of drinks on the menu. Don't miss this one!
My daughter celebrated her 21st birthday here! It was amazing. Great vibe, staff and food. I highly recommend the Painkiller drink!
