Great doughnuts, but it seems like our order is correct only half of the time.

They advertise chocolate donuts on select Fridays. In 2+ months I have yet to ever see them. Asked a worker who appeared to be a manager, when was last. She could not name it and kept pushing me to sign up for social media spam to find out more info. Minus one star.

The guys who helped my husband, son and I was rude as hell. Donuts themselves were perfectly fine. And one of the other guys seemed new and he was fine, but the main guy in the front? Super rude. As we were sitting there eating, he was just giving us the evil eye. It was so rude, and he really should learn some decent customer service. I understand working in this industry, and I’ve been there, but his attitude toward us was totally uncalled for. Probably won’t go back to this location again.

Donuts were great, coffee was horrendous. Milk in my iced latte was sour, my fiancés plain coffee with sugar tasted like paint thinner, very icky

The 120th location has some workers that might come off a little rude but the donuts are on point!! I love when they serve fresh warm donuts. It's hard to wait to eat them. I usually end up eating almost half the dozen of donuts in the box before I get home. I know...it's a fat move but I don't care. Their donuts are amazing!!

It's Krispy Kreme. You know what you're getting The hot fresh donuts are amazing, all the other donuts are pretty to look at but not particularly tasty. If the hot fresh donuts sign is off, go somewhere else.My daughter loves to eat donuts and watch the automated donut making machinery. The coffee is way too hot.

Donuts are always fresh and delicious but the people working at night are not friendly AT ALL. We came for the dozen donuts for $7.00 and we pulled up and were rudely told that we have to download the app and have a bar code to scan in order to get the deal, when on their website it doesn’t say anything about having to do that. In fact if you go online and do an order for pickup the price is $7.00 not $11 and you don’t have to download or check emails for the code. Next time, I’ll argue and show them they’re wrong(only if they’re rude). Wasn’t worth it with my kids in the car. Had to show them how to be kind even when others aren’t being kind. But staff needs to be more knowledge about their specials when you have one.

They looked pretty but didn't taste really good. First time I've ever had a bad experience there.

This location along with other Nebraska and Iowa locations never seem to participate in the national deals or special donuts offered during holidays that are happening at other locations across the country. It's ridiculous. Last 3 I have asked about they did not participate in. Why own a franchise if you never want to participate in the national brand deals?
