Best. Ever.If you love your donuts fresh or consider coffee liquid gold, this fresh shop is a must. And the crew is as winsome as their sweets! I walked in bleary-eyed at the crack of dawn, and Emma’s full-wattage smile and cheery professionalism ushered the sunshine. There’s no better way to brighten the day than with a Krispy Kreme—specifically this one. Warning: If you’re planning to just “check it out,” don’t be surprised if you become a regular.(I’ll have to take better pics sometime…it’s hard to focus with the sweet aromas beckoning!)
I just stopped after having surgery really wanting a donut. Pulled in at 9:48pm told us to wait. Then told us they weren't serving no longer! Nothing is more irritating then lights on and open and not serving.
You guys rock! We are visiting from Minnesota and was excited for my son to try Krispy Kreme for the first time! Did not disappoint. Great and friendly staff! Yummy melt in your mouth donuts.
Consistently good donuts. Staff was unfriendly. Need trays for eating in store instead of eco-unfriendly boxes that you throw away.
The staff there is completely amazing especially the manager by the name of Grant very professional, friendly, and very kind hearted person. If possible he should be general manager because he’s amazing and out of all other branches I have been to this I’ve been the best Krispy Kreme location with Grant. All the staff is amazing!
We called and ordered 6 DOZEN donuts. When we arrived we were handed 6 SINGLE DONUTS. The young punk wirh the headset was EXTREMELY rude. Needless to say I will be spreading the word
This 72nd location is awesome. I went for the Wednesday promotion and they were sold out of glaze donuts. Instead of them being rude & turning me away, the worker offered me a voucher for the same promoted price. How cool is that?! I plan to go back & get my donuts soon.
Staffing issue 5/6/22. Couldn't serve anyone in the store. Drive through only. The owner needs to pay people more to keep a good work force.
Donuts are pretty good but very very small (2/3 the size of regular donuts) for the price you pay... $8.00 per dozen glazed donuts...$9.00 per dozen mixed.
Donuts are fresh but cold due too being made at 120th n center. They are quick to get you in and out.
