Service was so so. Not very welcoming at first. Food came out very very fast. So fast that you know they are hot holding everything. It was very slow so no idea how long the food had been cooked before I ordered. It all tasted good. But for the price I will go elsewhere. It definitely was not a $20 burger. Even though that's what it cost for the double with cheese and a small drink.

3 stars for the fries alone.More expensive than I was expecting. Got the double Kong, and watched as the cook threw two pre-cooked patties onto a sizzling surface, left them for 3 seconds on each side, then popped them off and slapped some cold cheese slices on them.Patties were dry and mostly flavorless. Bun was okay, but didn't salvage it. Felt a little like I was sitting inside a laundering scheme.Surprisingly decent fries, though.Edit: Dropping it to 2. There's a sign saying "please don't throw away silverware". If you're cutting corners on plastic utensils, I don't even want to know what else you're cutting out.

Food was excellent thank you grill staff! That woman shocked me with the venom in her voice. Not sure why, perhaps she needs a permanent vacay. She demanded"What!" Followed by "well!?!". If I hadn't been there at someone else's invitation I'd have made a stink for a manger or owner. Maybe she's a relative so they keep her.

Food was good. I got a double to much for me. But my buddy got a triple and he eat it all. So to each his own. But burgers were good

Oh my!! Come hungry!! Very large portions and so so good!!

Price, quality AND quantity is all off. You pay the price of a resturaunt meal for a burger that is pretty huge, but the patties are just berry thin charred beef. Not cooked, charred. Borderline burnt. No fried come with a $20 burger, nor a drink. Which is honestly disappointing, because if you go to outback and get a $20 steak, you get a beverage and a side with that. They are next to the zoo, but honestly. I would have rather waited in line on a busy day and payed for admittance to the zoo only to go eat at the zoo's resturaunt by the aquarium and left without seeing the zoo. Which is not cheap, but at least it would have been worth it. My daughter got like some chicken strips and French fries and she didn't want to eat them, she's 2. I tried them and they ended up in the trash. Fries were bland af and they chicken fingers tasted frozen and without any seasoning. Just gross. I had memories of going to the zoo and eating at King Kong in the early 2000's and the nostalgia just wasn't enough to take any pleasure in going there. Whoever the manager is, have some respect for yourself and the business you operate. Do better, seriously. And to whomever owns this location, 100% change policies, quality and update your meals. It is definitely fast food and it is less than a minute down the road from a McDonald's. Make it worth the trip, and consider new employee's if you cannot get a handle on them. Because whatever you're doing now, obviously isn't working. I went there on a Monday afternoon after school hours, the Zoo was packed and I honestly thought King Kong was closed because it had no traffic at all.

You can share one Kong burger with 3 other people. Burger is huge and tasty. Fries taste good as well.

Great food, excellent decorThe Philly cheese and sirloin are great

Very interesting place to eat. The food was different but it was good. Try the potato rice for a side

Felt like it was kinda pricey for what we got. And a few of ours tasted burnt. But usually pretty good
