We couldn't even pull a piece of chicken out of the bucket without it falling apart. In add it was disgusting.
Just visited this KFC five minutes ago and had a wonderful experience. The cashier was a positive, friendly young woman who’s attitude can make a person’s day. My receipt said her name is Asia, so I hope that’s true and the right person is receiving credit for this. Her customer service skills are incredible. Additionally, there was a young man with longer wavy hair who also shared a great attitude and brought my food out quickly. I wish I had more positive customer service experiences like this one. I hope the owner recognizes how great his/her employees are!

Girl at counter didn't put any of our order in right.They did remake my order and gave us both orders for the mistake. Chicken tenders was good and fresh but the chicken in the wrong order looked old and extra greasy
Every time I come in here, the employees are friendly. Tonight was no exception. The drive thru clerk was friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and I drove away happy.This store really has a great attitude and it shows. Thank you for being such a good store!
Once again their drive-thru employees are friendly with a positive attitude. Just found out this location is open at noon now. That means I can get my Chicken Little combos a couple hours earlier ?. The Nashville and buffalo chicken Littles are delicious. Two Littles are the equivalent of one fried chicken sandwich but YOU GET TWO FLAVORS. Life is good ?
On occasion you might be lucky and receive everything you actually order...... and, on a rarer occasion, your food might not taste like it's been prepared in oil that's been in need of a change for a few days, also if you're thinking of getting the grilled version of anything, good luck because as a rule it's dry, rubbery, cold and extremely charred
They actually had piping hot, finger licking good chicken this trip through.
When will you read the reviews and figure out that your service is terrible???? The food is usually good, consistent. But the service is sooooo unfriendly, almost rude. The chicken is always good. The chicken sandwich could have used a little sauce of some sort. The chicken on it was great but it was pretty dry. Just pickles on it. 8-10-21.
