I called this location to see if they are open and how late they are open until because I understand it is the Fourth of July so I was double checking and I was told they were open until 9pm. I headed straight there and I showed up and 7pm and asked for a 16 piece and was basically laughed at and told they only have 7 pieces and would not be making anymore. Again, I respect that they are working on a holiday but a little courtesy would have been to inform me they were running low on food and not making more…
Love to pay for food then get home and don't have what I ordered! I sure did get charged for it and it's on the receipt but not in the bag.
Place on west Maple needs a good clean up signs and old tape everywhere. Chicken sandwich had no taste other than that of the pickles
Well, my friend and I tried to use some coupons we got. Pulled into the drive-through, said he had a coupon, and got told to pull up to the window. Didn't ask if he was done, didn't give him any options, just told us to go up. So we did, and my friend ordered a medium drink while he was up there, and it was like 2 dollars.Anyway, we got his food and we went back around, and I told them my order, and again they didn't ask for options. When we pulled up, they said we couldn't use more than one coupon a day. The coupon doesn't even say that on it. Then they told me that the coupon deal didn't exist, and then asked me if I still wanted it.Of course not, I want to pay what the coupon says. So I didn’t even get food, and they were pretty rude to me. Would not recommend. Definitely would not recommend trying to use their coupons.
My chicken breast was huge and was not cooked all the way on the inside. They skimped me on the fries and even the ice for my drink which had melted by the time I made it home. Once before they completely ran out of ice and didn’t even tell me until I asked them about it. I would like a refund however they did not provide me with a receipt! I will not return here again.
Pretty long line in the Drive-Thru and we're out of chicken tenders but I get it Supply chains and all, the food was delicious as always
Chicken tenders were old and tasted like leftover that wes reheated. Biscuits were also hard and not fresh. Total takeout dinner was a disappointment.The tv commercial show the 8 piece tenders meal in a heaping large bucket...our 8 tenders were so small, they were served in a small biscuit box. WHAT A MISS LEADING COMMERCIAL!!!!!!! HORRIBLE VALUE MEAL, NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR 2 PEOPLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! RIPOFF AT BEST!!!
Went to get an 8 piece bucket of chicken and they didn’t have enough chicken! This has happened before at this location. The chicken place didn’t have chicken! Never going there again
I love their new chicken sandwich. The new fries are absolutely amazing. KFC used to be at the bottom of my list but its near the top now.
Just "swung by" to grab some dinner at the drive thru, after staying home with a cold. Had to stop at CVS for a prescription, but their drive-thru was closed so I was forced to go inside. The line at the KFC Drive-Thru is very long, so I decide to order on the app. Why can't I order fish from the app? I place my order and wait. Go inside to pick up my order, only to be told they are out of dark meat original recipe. Get comfortable in a chair. They tell me they can give me extra crispy right now! Great news! I grabbed my food and some honey for my much-desired biscuits. Get home, start to serve out my meal, and no biscuits! I don't feel well, and all I wanted in this world was biscuits!
