Went here to order food the lady was rude and rushed us through our order,, after that we got to the window she told us the total and took the 10$ bill which was ripped a little,, came back and said she couldn’t take the bill which I’ve never heard of, went right across the street to burger king who gladly took the bill. Disappointing

This location suffers from a variety of issues: inconsistent quality of food to inconsistent service. The worst visit I had, the chicken was seriously overcooked (had a burnt taste), was dry and seemed old and reheated. At least twice, the chicken that I purchased was not even evident of being KFC recipe...no similarity in appearance or taste.I now drive to 87th Maple and am always impressed with the food and service.The 30th street location should close, cleanup, and retrain staff and find competent management.
Never enough employees. Waited 30 min in drive thru plus in side stays locked. Worth driving out the way to a more efficient KFC
Omg this day and age a fast food place made fast food and got it right and I got food for a family at that
Mashed potatoes taste like cheap Instant potatoes and watered down my instant potatoes taste better the gravy was thicker than the potatoes really watered down
Unprofessional. Had order to pick up, doors locked, not taking orders, kitchen staff is cleaning and putting food away and I can clearly see, from outside, orders on the screen! It was hours before closing time!!
If you like wasting time and money all to be disappointed in the nasty old grease they change once a week fried food that comes out then this is the place for you
Spent close to 30$ just to have my Order missing multiple items totaling over 8$ large selection of menu items not available joke of a business
