Drive through only.Dining room was closed.And the drive through was very busy.It took 25 minutes to get through it.
We ordered online for my birthday to be picked up. I noticed after we paid for it that my mom had picked original instead of crispy and we wanted 3 things of mashed potatoes and not 2 and a macaroni. So I called right away they had just gotten the order so they said they could change it and everything would be fine. I was happy until I got home and was helping my daughter with the baby so I let everyone start eating then I went to make my granddaughter a plate and noticed that it was original not crispy only 2 things of mashed potatoes. So my son saw I was upset because it was my birthday and called them and called them kept ringing between him and me we called for an hour straight and got no answer. And this wasn't one of there busy times either. Won't be calling that one again.
I got chicken tender’s for my neighbor. I got wings for me. It was so good! The man who helped me was very nice too.
The famous bowls mashed potatoes always come out runny. The rest is great but the mashed potatoes kind of ruin the meal when they are runny.
Went through Drive Thru (dining room not open). Was told I needed to park and it would be a few minutes before my order would be ready. No problem. They bring my food out and tell me they had to sub cookies for biscuits....fine, no problem. I get home and they completely forgot part of my order. To make it worse, whenever I try to call, I get no answer. What a joke.
By far the worst idc I’ve been too in my life. My fiancés chicken breast was completely over done and my fried wings were completely under cooked. The chicken in the famous bowl was just overcooked breading barely any chicken. Will not be going back to this location.
Save yourself the trouble and get dinner from Raising Cane's or your local grocery store! We paid nearly $30 tonight to get burnt, stringy chicken that had obviously been sitting for quite some time after it was overcooked and rock hard biscuits that could not be eaten. The biscuits were also smashed and crumbled all over our chicken because they were just pushed into the bucket and squished down with the lid and not in their own box. Fortunately, the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were edible but it was not enough to feed everyone.I understand that food gets old. However, someone should not pay to receive old, burned, and smashed food. I'm very disappointed in the staff for even serving these items to guests. We will not be returning.
Huge dinner order and everything was perfect they where also very generous with extra sauces as requested!
Love the crispy chicken and the famous bowl. The bowl is awesome with added honey. My niece introduced me to doing that to my bowls. If you like honey you got to try it on the bowl.
I always have a great experience at KFC. I do not usually go there I take my mother there because she likes the chicken wings. And they are pretty good I just don't eat fast with myself. But once in a while I will take one from her and enjoy it. Best staff is always nice in the Drive-Thru and patient with my mother when she places her older. Not all KFC's how to bake chicken wings available it all depends on the time of day when you order them.
