Got a macaroni bowl and there was more oil in it than anything it was only a third of the way full and too much seasoning nasty I couldn't eat it and there wasn't even anyone in the drive thru they don't know how to cook there ...there was like 3 macaroni noodles in there wow and it's supposed to be a macaroni bowl so sad
How do they make the sandwiches fresh to order in 1 or 2 mins? I asked and the lady said they partially cook them earlier? So they just dip them back in oil to heat them up? Anyways I ordered a "cooked fresh to order sandwich" PLAIN. It came out in 30 seconds with all the normal toppings on it I didn't want. KFC used to be good. Just another thing that has went down hill.
Not busy at 12:30 nobody dining in but took over 20 minutes to get Chicken sandwich meal includes mac& cheese Cole slaw and fries. Good food not so good service
had a very bad negative experience here. never coming back ever again. they never put everything that I order in the bag. i didn’t get my famous bowl and I took all my food out of my bag and they proceeded to say it was in the bag and took the bag after I showed them I didn’t have it and gave me the bag back with my food disorganized and tilted over.
Dining room is closed but door open really confusing. Order was messed up in the drivethru. It got fixed but had to come back and wait in line gor 20 more minutes.
AWSOME service when ordering through the drive through. Didn't interrupt when trying to order or make you feel rushed. Greatly appreciated! The food was great as well.
Ordered online and went there to pickup as per instructions. Can't get in building. Frustrated the manager finally comes out to inform me I have to go thru the drive thru. No signs on doors at all. Then had to wait in line to pick up order. Was told there were only 3; people working so doors were locked, yet the backdoor was propped open. NEVER AGAIN!
Manager was rude, making comments to us. service was slow, even though they werent busy. If it hadnt been for the passive aggressive rudeness I wouldnt have minded the wait, which we didnt even complain about.
Got the chicken sandwich because they said it was a big sandwich. Very disappointed. Very small. I could get a bigger piece of chicken at any other place. The bun was bigger than the chicken.
I went to kfc tonight and Anthony and kollette were the most amazing and kind people.. my food was hot and order was correct! I would give them 10 stars if I could even short staffed they rocked it!! Thank you guys..
