They're frequently out of the chicken you want. Especially, if it's the last hour they're open. On this most recent visit I was in here 50 minutes before they closed and they had one thigh left (original only - no crispy) and only two legs left (one original, one crispy) with no indication of making more before close. On the plus side, my biscuit was actually soft for a change. As others have noted, there's a reason why Chick-fil-A's drive-thru is lined around the building and KFC's drive-thru is empty.I wish this location was still a Taco Bueno. The sad part is that it wasn't even my idea to come here. I prefer the spicy chicken at Popeye's.
Employees were smoking cigarettes right in front the main entrance the smell was unbearable while I was trying to eat my food inside. Got a 4 piece I got 1 decent sized piece of chicken the other 3 looked like they were still in pre-K. Stood at the cash register to order but no one would help me.
Every time I go here at dinner time they are out of original recipe chicken. Biscuits are usually dry and crunchy, not how a biscuit should be. I think today was my last visit to this location.

Had the chicken sandwich wasn't bad.Probably won't get it again because there are better chicken sandwichs out there
Apparently this location doesn't like when you order 6 individual meal because one of the employees could be heard complaining over the drive-thru while we were ordering!
