Inattentive staff. Hours are misleading. They stay open but can't cook anything??? If you are going to close down the kitchen early, then just shut down the entire establishment. Running one business with two sets of hours is foolhardy. Employees should NEVER be on their phones in front of customers. The food and drinks are tasty, but prices are high for what you get.
We were really excited to try a boba bulb after seeing them throughout the mall, but the magic wore off when we finally got there. The person working there was rude, plain and simple. There were also quite a few boba and cupcake flavors that were unavailable, which was a bummer. This is such a fun idea and everything was good, but it really puts a damper on the day when we get treated like we’re imposing.
The most dry, stale, worst tasting cupcakes- at gourmet prices!! We picked up 12 cupcakes on 1/8/22 for a birthday. We were visiting from Kansas City and wanted some gourmet cupcakes. They all looked beautiful but every flavor tasted dry and “old” . A dozen cupcakes for $47!! What a waste of money!
The cupcakes are great! The service socks! The girl acted mad when we asked the flavors.
This place is so neat! They have a bunch of cute cupcakes! Tip: try the cookie dough one. It's delicious! They also have such good drinks in the shape of light bulbs. So unique and fun. The staff is great and the treats are divine. Definitely stop by if you visit the mall!
