6/28/2022Our first time here, and they did good. The food was delicious, the waitress superb, and the place was nice and clean.I did have a little problem getting in. There were three doors and it took awhile to figure out the door was the one on the far north.
Their BISCUITS DEBRIS was spectacular! Fast, efficient & friendly staff.
The Food is always So Delicious.. when I come back to town we always stop here wish Waterloo Iowa had one .. great food great service?
Spencer, saved the visit.He is not only attentive, thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable, but funny.Best waiter ever, we followed him from another location, just for that.Easy 5 stars for him
Service and food are fast. Food is good. You have to double check your bill to confirm any coupons you might be using and your Jimmy's app. Often they don't apply either of those.
We were seated fast and the waiter kept coming to our table the whole time we were there. Our food came out about five minutes after we ordered and our food was steaming hot. The lady that bought out our food didn't leave until she made sure we were satisfied. The quality and amount of food we received was unexpected. To top it off the bus boy came and grabbed our plates shortly after we finished our food. I took my mother there for mother's day and she said this is her new favorite place for breakfast and I concur.
A decent place for breakfast and brunch, but don't expect anything spectacular. Cuban sandwich was dry and bland, but the fries were pretty good.
The staff at Jimmy's Egg is what makes this place stand out. Excellent service and I love the manager Michele. She truly cares about the staff and customers.
I have been to 3 different Jimmy’s Egg locations and the staff at this location are top notch. Watching the wait staff do their jobs with efficiency and teamwork is a sight to behold. Michelle and Spencer are the ultimate servers. Always attentive to the customers needs and willing to help their peers without being asked. Having worked in the customer service industry for 42 years I sincerely appreciate the dedication to their customers from the WHOLE staff and that is what keeps me coming to this establishment!!!!!
My husband and I had brunch here today and we were blown away by the stellar service provided to us. Our food came quickly and was hot and delicious. Spencer waited on us, as well as a dozen other tables. The first thing we noticed was his patience with an older couple in the next booth.He promptly took our order, kept our coffees full at all times, checked on us just often enough and had a delightful personality. The BEST service we've had ANYWHERE in a very long time! We will be back!I highly recommend the Carnitas Queso Skillet and pancakes with warm blueberry topping!
