I love Jersey mikes!!! My boyfriend and I were passing through on a road trip and stopped here for lunch. I could immediately tell who the manager/supervisor was as he set a great example and lead his team through a busy lunch rush! The other employees were very helpful and you could tell they were probably trained in customer service. This location upheld the standard of jersey mikes and it was a great experience!
This place is amazing the food was great and very nice staff. When I first tried Jersey Mike's my eyes lit up. The sandwiches are so juicy and fresh. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who likes sandwiches.
Lunch can be quite busy, but never wait as long as a lot of other places. Their employees have always been very friendly and courteous. And with their rewards you have the option to get your meal for free, when you get enough points.
I've always enjoyed the quality of the food here. Now, the owner of all 3 Omaha location stores has stepped it up a notch. 5 Star Subs along with 5 Star Service.
I have always gotten great subs from this place but this location sucks the ? was made poorly and the person who waited on me was nice but l told him l wanted everything on both sandwiches but did not l was told l would have to pay extra. I will always go to the one out by 180 which is out by the car dealerships this was horrific I had to tell him to put mayonnaise on it but on the Italian he didn't put anything I wanted it's just a dry sandwich.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's the one on 72nd Street is awful I told the gentleman what I wanted on my sandwiches and was told I will have to pay extra to get the extra things on it it was the most dry sandwich I have never had a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike especially the one out by 180th Street in Omaha Nebraska they take time and and put what you want on it and not charge you for extras I will not go ever go back to this one on 72nd Street in Omaha Nebraska.
They have awesome sandwiches!! My husband was hooked on another competitors sandwich until he had Jersey Mike's! Now he's hooked!! I think they are really good sandwiches. Thanks Jersey Mike's for such great sandwiches!
These subs are delicious man! I have had several different ones and they have all been good. Easily the best sandwich shop I've tried so far.
The food here is great, but it’s Jersey Mike’s so you already know that. What sets this location apart is that the owner is a living, breathing example of what it means to be a good person, and he instills this in his employees as well.
I had an absolutely amazing gluten free experience at this sub shop! They were very careful about limiting cross contamination, changing their gloves, using squeeze bottles for condiments, and cleaning the slicer and counter before prepping the food! I will absolutely be coming back again!
