I go to multiple locations once or twice a week including the one on 180th. Up until today I could say “I never had a bad sandwich from Jersey Mikes!” Rude old lady cutting meat today rushing the usually great staff messed my sandwich’s all up. Spent $50 for dry sandwiches because they got rushed by this woman. “Everything” means EVERYTHING. Not “Mikes way” not without mayo or peppers or vinegar and oil or any of the other good stuff you have to offer. E V E R Y T H I N G So disappointed because I feel so highly about the place. If I want a bad sandwich I’d go to Subway or Firehouse
I understand this is the least important thing in the world today but the Jersey Mike’s at 180 right off of Dodge isn’t worth going to if the owners aren’t there. I’m pretty sure the kid put honey mustard on my sandwich when I asked for Dijon. Also when he was putting the sandwich on the paper he dropped a tomato and pickle and didn’t put it back on. C’mon bro! A giant Italian is like almost $15 for a sandwich. The owners must micro manage too much and haven’t instituted a mustard training course. I don’t know but this is the second time this has happened at Jersey Mike’s here. ?
Went in for a quick bite to eat with some work buddies. Wasn't sure what to order so I just randomly picked a chipotle cheese steak sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised.
The club sub with moist turkey, yummy ham and crispy bacon is my go-to!I always add lettuce, oregano, banana peppers and their cherry pepper relish- which is delightful ? super filling sandwich with fresh ingredients and super soft bread.
The staff at the N 180th location prepared 22 subs for our baseball team and they were labeled, boxed up with packets of mayo and ready on time! I even called to move the time up 1/2 hour and they jumped on it. Great staff and the subs were delicious! Thank you!
Been here a lot and have had awesome experiences/sandwiches, but unfortunately, this past time we came was disappointing. Hot sandwiches were cold, Because they would slowly make a bunch of sandwiches and then would pack them all up at the same time from multiple different orders. I waited almost a half hour for two sandwiches. Wasn’t acknowledged a single time by the staff. I understand this is a chain sandwich shop, but this was ridiculous. They did remake them, but it was about a 35 minute ordeal as a whole. I appreciate that the sandwiches were remade, but bottom line, your staff need more training or you need moreStaff. A couple Door Dash drivers were also waiting over 20-30 minutes to pick orders up. They were not happy. I just hope this can be fixed in the future.

I am a transplant to Omaha from the East Coast; after selling our homes in Maryland and the Delaware shore in 2016. Jersey Mike's is the only place in the Omaha area that sells anything that resembles what I knew all my life to be a Cheesesteak Sub. BTW -- I am 67 years old.THANK YOU JERSEY MIKE'S!
With it being my second time coming here overall I didn't have the most friendly experience. One of my sandwiches I could customize what I put on. But my Buffalo chicken sandwich I didn't realize they made it without customization. Now there is partial fault with me not telling them exactly how I wanted it, so technically they made the sandwich correct. But failed to ask me if I wanted everything that came with it. One employee told me next time tell me if you didnt want something on it. I understand where they were coming from. but as a new customer I was not educated on how they did things. Thus, just be more aware of newer customers not knowing what your procedures are.
I had the giant philly and it was awesome absolutely enjoyed every bite service was quick too and they were busy
