Poor experience. Didn’t get our order out correctly. Never got meat in my friends ramen. Missing items. Friend got other peoples extra ordered eggs. Overcharged for items that differed from the menu, (menu said $11 and my bill rang up $13). One persons bill had someone else’s items on it etc. Had to ask for additional soy sauce in ramen because we don’t know if they even made any of it right. They obviously fixed it but there were just too many issues and wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: apparently all the money has been invested in making the place look pretty, with little left over to actually make the food taste good. The food appears to be what the menu calls it in name only. It goes to show that you can name a dish anything you want, and it barely requires a passing semblance to it.While the visual aesthetic of the restaurant was interesting, and the staff attentive, it was hard to hear them say anything over the loud pounding music. As a matter of fact, when I walked in, I couldn't even hear the host come up behind me and ask if I'd like to be seated. The rice in the "oyakudonburi" was undercooked and crunchy, in the entirety of it was covered in a spicy mayo that made it oily and unpleasant. The flavor was all muddled up, and it was a bit of a chore to eat (I say "eat", but I mean consume for the sake of sustenance, not pleasure). The "yakitori" consisted of small, flaccid pieces of chicken with no flavor of their own. A sweet American style teriyaki sauce was drizzled all over it and the water logged pieces of green onion it rested on. One has to wonder how many days ago those onions were prepared. These kinds of skewers are supposed to be grilled, however there was no texture or char marks to indicate that the meat had been cooked that way.I'm sure there's a segment of the population that will find this place enjoyable, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anybody I know. The staff seemed kind enough though, so I can't say that it was all together a terrible experience.

I never had “salmon sausage” but it was great! We had two ramen dishes, great quality and fair prices.

We have eaten here numerous times with our younger kids and have never had an issue but for some reason tonight came with a different attitude. We went in early (5pm) hoping to get in and out and not be too much of a nuisance with kids. We have a 10yo, 5yo and toddler which still sits in a high chair. When we told the hostess we had 4 and a high chair she said she had no where to seat us for at least 30-40 minutes. I asked about 2 of the open tables behind her and if we could pull a high chair up and she was visibly irritated and said it was fine. Our waitress was awesome and super helpful. I never expect special service just because we have kids but she seemed to sense we were stressed and made the little things simple. Twice, food was delivered to our table that was not ordered, both set down in front of the toddler and both were spicy dishes. When I gave the spicy edamame back to the same hostess that delivered it, she was again visibly irritated and handed to the table Next to us. Now I’m on high alert and stressed because I know they don’t want us there so I’m trying to move things along but everything is going wrong (spilling, tears, not eating etc.). It was a miserable dining experience all around because no one wants to be somewhere where you know you’re not welcome. I understand kids are a pain in the butt… BELIEVE ME I understand that, but having children is essential to continuance of the world so I should not be punished for making such life choices. We love the ramen so we will be back, but I will never bring my family again.

Got the fuego ramen and it was amazing. Little hard to find the entrance, it's in an alley across from Joe's collectibles.

The tonkotsu ramen is amazing! Delectable broth, tender meat and fresh ingredients harmonize in this bowl of joy. Drink selection is great. Seating isn't crowded. Staff are welcoming and really know their stuff. Highly recommended experience!

The kids requested Ramen for lunch and Google maps brought us here.No complaints to that!We all enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere brought us to Japan. We had a soft shell crab roll for an appetizer. There wasn't enough, we all wanted more. The kids enjoyed the crunches on top.I had the Mary Jane. The cilantro wasn't overwhelming. The grilled chicken was tasty and plentiful. The vegetables and noodles were delicious.Kiddos had the Fuego and the Miso. Neither complained and enjoyed there ramen.

Our group really enjoyed dinner here while staying in the Omaha area. The service was good, the ambience was excellent, and all of our dishes were delicious. We tried four different ramen bowls, as well as several small plates, and all were excellently prepared.

The vibe was everything, great music, great food!
