Worst aisles online in town
Usually have an awesome breakfast meal. However, today, my omelette took an absurd amount of time to come out. ~45 minutes for an omelette. It was also wrong. I asked for ham, bacon, and pepper jack and received sausage, bacon, and pepper jack. It was also cold!!! My cheese was literally solid!! And my husbands eggs were cold!! Now... my husband ordered the high FIVE... which should come with pancakes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage. HOWEVER, he did not receive his sausage. AND his pancakes came out ***17 minutes*** after mine!!! It does not take that long to make pancakes... my husband is a chef of 7 years. To add... while we're sitting here eating.. we have overheard the other server tell someone that apparently they are all out of sausage for today. THAT would've been greatttt to know before we ordered stuff that contained sausage in the description instead of simply not receiving any without explanation. This place seems like it needs some real management!!
The Fort street location on 108th is by far the worst Hy-Vee in town. The last experience I had, the butcher shop had a terrible selection compared to all of the other Hyvees. When I asked about tomahawk ribeyes (which other locations have) I got a snooty response of don’t ask me ask that guy over there and he threw his hands up in the air when I asked. I then proceeded to ask the other guy and he responded with a straight firm no and looked at me like I was an idiot and an inconvenience. Almost any other location would have cut me some right on the spot. Terrible location, terrible customer service.

I bought a cheese calzone today that I didn't realize had 2 stickers on it until I was home and looking on the label for directions. I peeled back the first sticker thinking about all the videos I've seen of stores relabeling expired dates but thought hyvee would never! Well they did. they changed the best if used by date from Feb 16, 2021 (yesterday) to Feb 21, 2021. They added a whole week! so discouraging to see.

I really love recommending this Hy-Vee. It’s the customers I don’t recommend.
Food was good but, I had to use plastic silverware due to no one washing dishes.
Went to the market grill tonight it took 55 minutes to get our 2 burgers and a kids meal.. when we got home the tator tots were cold and mushed together. We only live 5 minutes away. Staff wasn’t apologetic or helpful. Very disappointed.
