Hyvee is close, so I shop here for convenience and what used to be service. The prices are significantly higher than others stores, but at least I didn't have to deal with self check out. Not so much anymore. It's almost all self checkout now. One or two checkers,if any, and the lines are long. Now they're just charging more and not doing anything extra to earn it. They still have good liquor prices and an occasional good sale though.
I like Hy Vee, for their meat bundles, plus they seem to have better prices than Family Fare, but, their employees lack a friendly face, and most of them seem to be there only for a paycheck and not really eager to assist you nor try and help you find something
Prices are higher than the competitors and the meat doesn't cook up as well or have as much flavor.
Their hot foods suck and are over priced but the whole store is over priced. Their deli meat is gross. But they have great customer service.
Ordered Chinese about 1 pm. Both meals were lukewarm and chicken was dry. - husband had broccoli beef, the meat was so tough, he choked on it. Wouldn't recommend it.

These BEAUTIFUL people looked out for me and my family! It was so unexpected, it brought me to tears! With this formula shortage, we were struggling to find what my grandson needed. Finally found some at this HyVee, but it was the wrong size for WIC approval...these BEAUTIFUL HyVee employees BOUGHT the formula for us! I'll never forget this! Thank you so much! I just wanted to show my gratitude in this review and let people know they really have some good people working in there. God bless!
One of the last pieces of my childhood that hasn't been replaced by a cheap modern replacement. Super saver is no more. Please God let us keep Hy-Vee! God bless America! God bless Hy-Vee and God bless Trump!
I shopped here while I was visiting my fiancee in Omaha. The shopping to cook dinner for her was very special and the store had everything I could have possibly wanted fresh, and, with prices I could live with even in light of the higher food costs across the board . THANK YOU HY-VEE
Had breakfast here numerous times. The last couple.of times had to.send orders back. Ordered biscuits and gravy today and it was cold biscuits and soup. Even after reheating it, I did not eat it.
