I agree with the previous poster - but mine is more like 80% of the time by online order is messed up. Tonight is the final straw - I ordered my groceries at 8:30 am to be picked up between 7:00-7:30 pm as that is the time I would be in town. I received a text message at 6:45 pm telling me my order way delayed by more than 45 mins. I was not planning to be in town another hour. So, here I am, already late and now I have no groceries. Completely unorganized, unprofessional. Although it’s not as bad as the time I was alerted my groceries were available to be picked up only to show up and my order was ‘missing.’ I was charged but my order was gone. I wasn’t dressed to go into the store at that point and gather the items I needed that evening.Of course there have been other minor nuisances along the way too. It’s not worth it.
This is one of the best grocery stores I have ever been at and not only that but HyVee locations! Staff is always helpful, items are always stocked, and the store is always clean!

The best meat tray makers of all Omaha and all Hy-Vee's. Must say this pacific street store has the best management team around. They truly care about their customers. I will only be shopping here at the Pacific street store from now on. Keep up the great work and service!
Store is set up a little different. Still not fond of the clothing aspect that seems to be running its course through the hyvee stores. Overall very clean location and very friendly service! Keep up the great work guys!
Too high...too many rules to get best prices...gas savings only good 30 days. I have lost $1 off 4 times by 1 day. They are trying to do too much, even sell insurance and marketing too much and can't always deliver.
This store has some issues. We order online and have groceries delivered. I would say 70% of the time there is a problem with the delivery. We get items we didn’t order and incorrect items. We get charged for items that aren’t delivered. One time we got a bag of someone else’s groceries.Made an appointment for a COVID shot. I arrived at the appointed time. After waiting 15 minutes I was told it’d be at least another 20 min wait. I was told they were “slammed” and had several people they had to give shots to. However, I sat right outside the consultation room where the shots are given and not one person entered or left in 20 minutes.All in all, the service has not been so good.
The cleanest store ever seen. And people are very helpful and sale ends today Manger special is 9.99 come on down and eat at your local hyvee.
Bakery is top notch! Young man name is Aaron and he may be the most helpful person in the store. Always fresh and I highly recommend this HyVee.
