Trying to understand the change in the fuel saver card. Being a loyal customer that only shops at HyVee, I’m disappointed that apparently the discount only applies to the most expensive gas they sell. In reality I ended up spending a $.60 more per gal than expected. Even thou I had $1.02/gallon in perks rewards. Expected to pay $1.89 Instead spent $2.58/gallon. I can spend the normal price at any place. Why worry about giving Hyvee all the business
Took 1 hr 10 minutes to get 2 omelets. And the server just ignored you until she had to come over. When we finally got our food. The potatoes were not done and and it was all cold.
I wanted to tell you that since you have hired an over zealous off duty police officer to work as security detail and the way she has treated your patrons, I have quit shopping at all Hyvee stores and started to shop at Family Fare.
They gave me the wrong number of pills at the pharmacy and when I had to get another supply I had to pay the co-pay a second time for a month. My husband picked them up for me originally and did not realize they were the wrong number. Hy-Vee admitted they gave the wrong number. I have either a choice of paying to have them shop for me using teens to pick out my produce or dodging the oversized carts used by the employees shopping for other people and clogging the aisles. Great store,great staff. Doing an outstanding job under all of the challenges that we are all facing. I went at 7:00 am and could easily follow the social distancing process. Had all of the items I needed.
I recommend this store bc the staff and store set up is wonderful! I love my HyVee!

I just wanted to take a moment to that ALL of your staff! This morning I stopped in for a few groceries and I was AMAZED at how many workers have come together to help keep our shelves stocked at this difficult time! I thanked as many workers as I could and made sure to tell the cashier thank you as well! Love our hy-vee! Thanks again!
