Yummy And Tasty Donuts Friendly Staff
Awesome service and the donuts are always delish, only request would be for some maple bacon.
Sorry, Hurts. Stopped in this morning. Counter person was virtually noncommunicative, place was totally empty and filthy. Floor was awful. Behind-the-counter drink machine had "out-of-order" sign posted on it. Sparse selection, mostly had chocolate in one form or another. Managed to get 4 non-chocolate ones. $9.85 for donuts that were edible but dry. So disappointed. We've wanted to try you for ages but will not be back. We wish you well and thank you for supporting the chaos in Ukraine.
Hurts Donut Company may have some delicious donuts, but the service was by far the worst I have ever experienced! I discovered this place one day while driving by and could not wait to take my little girl there the following Saturday morning. If it had not been for my daughters excitement at the sight of the donuts I would have left. The guy working this morning was beyond rude, unhelpful, and just a complete JERK! I do not know if this guy is always this unpleasant, maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he had a problem with me, or maybe he is just a miserable person. Whatever his issue is/was I do not care, this man clearly should not be working in any customer service position! Sadly, it will not matter if these donuts turn out tasting as amazing as they look, because the service left such a putrid taste in my mouth. I will never return!
Just visited Hurts Donuts for the first time. Three people behind the counter, four people inside eating. The men's restroom was disgusting, trash in the lobby was overflowing, tables were dirty and the door on the cooler case to get milk was broken. The Donuts were good but for the rest of it, forget about it.
If you want an Apple Fritter, this is the place to go. Not as many apples per fritter square inch as I would prefer(more is always better), but still a delicious and delightful treat. Bigger then your hand or face!
Let me start off by saying me and my kids love this spot. We have Hurts shirts, we come here often and it’s a good time for us to share. Usually the workers are helpful and donuts are fresh and taste good.Today (1/28/22) was a disappointment. I don’t mind paying the price they charge for the donuts because what you get for it is worth it IMO. But today the donuts were old, half the flavors weren’t available, the donut cabinet looked dirty and was dark inside, the worker wasn’t friendly. Will probably skip Hurts next time and do Krispy Kreme. Hopefully next time we come back things are back to normal.
Price definitely doesn't match quality. The donuts look good and they have a wide variety, but with the exception of their chocolate long John the other donuts were ok and a little dry. Also, everything drink wise was "Out of Order" so unless we wanted an energy drink it was either chocolate or regular milk. Bakers has the way better donut for a fraction of the price. 5 donuts and 2 milks came out to $18!! Factoring in price is what made this a 3 star review and not a 4.
You may think the donuts are a bit pricey but when you look at the attention and detail they give to each one it is well worth it. If they say the donut is Salted Caramel you taste it if they say it’s Key Line that is what it is. Some places the donuts look different but they taste all the same. Hurts does not stop at the stunning presentation which is pretty awesome too! Did I mention they have friendly people working there also ? Bottom line a must try place for sure
Visiting from Florida and was searching for my donut fix. This was a great stop! The employees were super helpful and sweet, and the donuts are YAS. ? Next time I’m in Omaha I’ll be back! ?
