Fantastic Mongolian BBQ. Quick service, quality ingredients, and quite literally fool proof spice recipes you can't go wrong. While you can do multiple plates, it's just as good eating one plate or many. Very friendly and welcoming
Our waiter was A. Jared and both my husband and I completely adored him. He’s got an infectious smile that lightens your day and the personality of a saint. We wish he was our waiter every time we go! Lots of compliments to Jared!
After posting about my experience with an online order that wasn’t pleasant on 5/28.The District Manager had a conversation with me & apologized for the situation & offered to rectify the situation via gift cards.The true sincerity of him came out when he said that he cared more about us returning as customers, then finding a way to update or remove the 1 star review.Mr James, the DM, is a true example of how leadership should be. I placed an order at 1:30pm for Friday dinner (530-6) delivery via Uber eats. Then at 5pm I get a notification that my order was cancelled. Tried to call store, but no one answers. Online says that both locations are closed till Sunday.What the heck, I promised the kids huhot tonight & then they cancelled it & are closed.Horrible customer service!!!! 0/10 ratingThanks for making me look like a liar to my kids…
First time ever at HuHot...the staff went over the top and made my visit very enjoyable...I have soy allergies and they made sure I had the right sauce and noodles...thank you so much!
Used to love this place... But walked in at 745 on a Sunday to be told to wait outside, as there was a 15-20 minute wait... Look at the pics, like 3 tables of people, and no line anywhere...And then they responded below.. guess they didn't look at the photos I posted, place was empty. My party of 5, a 4, 8,10 year old and 2 adults.. so much for not having anywhere to seat our large party
Super polite and friendly service. Fresh food that was quick from grill to plate. Our son's favorite place to go. This time we celebrated great parent-teacher conferences.
It was my first time coming into a place like this and man it was amazing. Didn’t really know what to do at first but my server explained what I needed to do to eat some foods. The guy at the grill was also very nice and we chatted for a bit. They have an array of vegetables and meat that you can choose from and they also have amazing sauces that you can make. Don’t worry though, they have menus above the sauces and it tells you how many scoops you need to make the perfect sauce
Huhot on Valentine's day was busy as could be expected. The waitress we had was great. She kept our drinks filled and kept great conversation. The people at the grill never stopped moving but definitely could've kept a better eye on the food on the grill. They let my noodles sit and sit and never mixed my 2 bowls even though I told them they were together. So the noodles did not have any taste and my noodles were burnt and hard by the time I got my plate. Other than that, this place is pretty top notch.
Today was my first time stopping at this location and I'll definitely go again!The host was very prompt and friendly- made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious as always. Fresh ingredients with great selections and the bowl to go is a ton of food (you won't be able to finish it in one sitting). The kung pao yow with chili sauce is a yummy combo.Tomatoes, baby corns, red potatoes, pork, chicken, beef and Chinese noodles with all the sauce- best lunch you can ask for! ?
