I don't have complaints about the restaurant itself, I love the Mongolian Grill. However, the website is really annoying. I pick the location, I spend time making the order, I add it to the cart, I fill out all the required fields. Finally when I click Checkout, I get an alert message saying, "Online ordering is unavailable" ?. This happens most the time around noon. Why are you making me go through the entire process of ordering and wasting my time if Online ordering is unavailable??? Very frustrating.
Dewaun was the best server ever. Super friendly and talked with us. Great food. Great atmosphere. Definitely going back as long as he is there
HuHot is a great place to eat. My wife and kids love this place. I like it because I can make healthy low carb meal options. This location was good. I would definitely eat here again...
First time I was back since the pandemic started. The food and service were good. The atmosphere was a little loud. While it's not super expensive, I think it's slightly overpriced.
The food from the grill was great. However, we got halfway through the appetizer sample we found a hair on one of the eggrolls.. so we didnt touch anything else on that plate. Sadly, the Diet soda machine was very watered down so I just stuck with water. Just love their options and it would be so much better if they added shrimp. But love being able to pick my own sauces. Can't beat that.
Awesome establishment. Lots of options to build an amazing stir fry and for those with dietary restrictions everything is clearly labeled. Even though they are short staffed service was quick and friendly.
Service was not as good as it could have been. We waited for 10 minutes to be approached to be seated, were ignored after we were seated, had to notify one of the servers that we were going to go ahead and go through the line, only saw waitress when she brought us rice and to bring the check. We had to flag other wait staff for water refill.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The smell coming from outside is what made us decide to eat here. UNLIMITED BOWLS. You cannot take left overs tho. You will need to purchase the regular price to take home a brand new meal which is like 3x bigger. I didn't like using the same tongs, however hand sanitizer was provided. I got crab, beef, cabbage, spinach, bean things, Chinese noodles, sweat and sour, teriyaki, lemon juice, a chili sauce and a couple brown ones. I would like larger cup sizes cuz I drink alot. I also think (if you dont already) provide back support comfort shoes for the chefs since they stand so much .I will be back most definitely. Its so tasty.
It's been awhile since I've had HuHot as we barely eat out right now. The gloves and hand sanitizer made me feel better. As always, the staff was amazing, with an extra shout out to our waitress Faith! The food was the same as always except my vegetables were a little under done. Otherwise everything was perfect!
