Ordered my food and it was extra salty but it doesn’t help that I saw the people in the front rushing the cooks on every order… been going here for years but for some reason the quality of the food has gone down.
Good food. It is to bad that they are not open very late. The employees are very nice and helpful. What I thought was great when I ordered my food by phone, I should have gotten my food first before the older couple did that ordered right there when I came in. Once the order was completed the young lady grabbed their order that was done and brought it to them. Now at first I was made because when you order your food and they tell you it takes 15 min and you show up 20 min it should be done right! Well it wasn't. But orders kept poring in. Any how they got there food first and then it was me. So people still have respect for elderly people. So then I wasn't mad anymore because I get it. Very seldom does that happen.
Called my order in for carry out. When I showed up for my order they hadn’t started it yet. The customer service was not welcoming at all. The food quality was not good at all. I honestly do not know how they are still open. I use to like eating here but do not plan on going back.
The rice and meat was over cooked or very old and the one spring roll was squishy and cold and the other was partially cooked the pork egg roll wasn't done all the way and a old crab racoon was added
So far my food is always good and I've been ordering from them for a while.
Called ahead said it would be ready at 7:45pm arrived on time to find out they didn't even put the order in went ahead ordered again. Waited another 40 minutes for the order. Fried rice wasn't nowhere close to what I'd call fried rice chicken was soggy and mushy. Definitely not the standard that myself and others have come to expect from this establishment. Used to always be same people working everytime went in there but now it's all different people working and looks like to me that nobody seems to know what they're supposed to be doing. So beware cause it may not be what you expect if you've been here before with a positive experience.
Haven't had a bad order yet! Everything is always cooked well and tastes great. Service is always good too. Oh and you never have to wait long either. It's a great spot for lunch if you have a short lunch break at work. I usually get orange or sesame chicken.
RUNNNNN The previous owners were great but the new owners are awful! They were BEYOND rude and disrespectful. I have been coming here for 10 years and all my employees eat here NEVER AGAIN! The woman who took my order scolded me for adding a side of sauce when i got there to pick up. I get home and they forgot my crab ragoon, probably because she was too busy scolding me to pack my order correctly. I called about them forgetting it and she says I’ll give it to you next time and I said no I’m coming back for it. Although I’m home with an infant I have to turn around to go back and get it only when I get there for her to accuse me of lying!!!! Then the man who packed the crab Rangoon throws it across the counter at me. It was so bad a male customer came up to make sure I was OK . This woman is unconscionable I will never give this place a dime of my money and I will tell anyone who asked me to save themselves a headache. The food is mediocre and it’s not like it used to be.WASTE of money and almost ruined my day
Food was hot and delicious, the lo mein was really good and they cook to order, so if you like you general Tso chicken spicy let them know and it will be spicy. ?
