I ordered $50 worth of food and they forgot 2 egg rolls so I called them and they told me. She said the packer said he put them in there so there was nothing they could do. That’s poor customer service. Our family used to only order from here and will never return. Edit to say they called back after they were closed and said next time they will double check the bag for us
The Golden Palace always serves great food, whether we’re dining in or taking out. I recommend calling a friend and treating yourselves to a leisurely lunch. The only negative about the Golden Palace are their fortune cookies that have bitcoin ads instead of quirky fortunes. Despite that minor disappointment, I give them 5 stars!
My wife and I love Golden Palace. The service is great and the food is 99% of the time perfect. We are all human and make mistakes...Unlike some "chinese" the chicken is usually decent quality. The prices are decent enough to probably feed the family and still be able to rent an Amazon movie.Thanks for all the years of great food and service!
Wasn't completely satisfied with food beef strings where tuff to eat and service was OK. We were the only ones in there and she hovered over us until we were ready to order. Asking if we were ready every few minutes, I felt rushed to order. I wasn't satisfied and i didn't tip the worker she followed me outside and forced me to tip i will never come back that is terrible customer service

The shrimp toast was very very greasy. I probably won't get that anymore. Maybe I'll try something else next time.
We have been here several times now. Each visit, we were met with the most pleasant staff, prompt service and amazingly delicious food! I highly recommend the egg rolls!
