My boyfriend and I went this evening for ice cream. The employee argued our order multiple times with us even after explaining multiple times we just wanted a simple concrete with two toppings. Once at the window another employee told him to stop acting so irritated and in front of us said he wasn’t. It seemed he was obviously frustrated us with us. We ended up just paying and taking our incorrect order.
Ordered the Chicago dog with no peppers. It was great.
We have given these this place chance after chance to get our order right. Tonight was the last straw. Cold food, and the worst part our burgers smelled like BLEACH !!! Never again!!!
We had been shorted on our last order so went back & they were very apologetic. Gave us the sandwich. The food is good. Not great. Good. It is definitely not worth the money. If there was a Steak n Shake I would prefer that. We live an hour away so may stop next time we're in Omaha.
Freddys is one of my favorite burger places. Customer service was great here. I went thru the drive thru. My burger was wonderful tho not fresh i dont think. It wasn't as greasy juicy as I prefer. We just moved to Omaha and this was my first experience at this Freddys. The fries were the bomb.
Friday were cold. Not warm. Cold. Usually this place has really good food but this was not a good experience
I have gotten food from this place for over a year now...and something has dragged this place downhill recently (pretty sure its management after the conversation i had on the phone with someone who seemed very angry and snappy when i told them i got the wrong food). Multiple times i have picked up orders from this place recently and something is missing or just completely wrong. I wouldn't even have called/reviewed if this was something more complicated. But all that was needed was simply reading a ticket and providing even half assed customer service, look into who on staff is messing this place up cause its been bad.
Not the ideal location for first comers or frequent out of home diners. I watched a young server dig her unsanitary hands after completing an order into another servers hair which was not covered by any hairnets or head coverings. She then proceeded to work on my order without cleaning or applying gloves. She brushed the behavior off and gave no notion of guilt when I brought it to attention which tells me this is normal workplace behavior. Not ideal, wouldn’t say other orders are safe to eat, upon that she grabbed my straw with her bare hands. 1/10 food service!!!
Good food, wasn't sure about the shoestring type fries but those were good. The fry sauce is a good replacement for ketchup.
11/11/2021Happy veteran's day. This is the second time I've been to a Freddy's and the first time for this one. When I got there, there were no customers but there were also no clean tables. The tables weren't gross ? they just weren't clean. My wife went and got one of the staff to clean one for us.I got the Veteran's Day special and it was tasty. I did see menu prices and I thought they were reasonable. The first Freddy's we went to, several years ago, left us unimpressed. We went here because of the free meal and are considering adding it to our rotation.
