Not a great experience to be honest. We were excited to try Franks Pizzeria, as we have heard good things about it. They weren't busy inside and there were plenty of places to sit, which was nice. Cute little place and we enjoyed seeing all the pictures of the famous people that have visited Frank's. When we got there, we were able to order right away. We ordered the Margherita pizza and two slices of cheese for our kiddos. We were there for an hour before going up to the counter to ask how much longer it would be. Our 7 and 4yr old were starving at this point and starting to get pretty unhappy. Our pizza had not even been started yet! We heard one of the kitchen guys say to the other one "don't worry about the people sitting out there, just get going on the to go orders". That was when we first got there. If they were that behind, they could have informed us that we would be waiting a while. Then we could have made the decision to either wait or take our kids somewhere else so that they could eat. Making adults wait is one thing, but when your making two little kids wait over an hour for a slice of pizza... meh. By the time they were done we just got them to go and came home to eat. The margherita pizza looked like it had been very quickly slapped together and had hardly any basil on it. It wasn't bad, had it been fresh, I think it would have been much better. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Frank's unless it is to pick up a to go order. Clearly those order take priority over physical customers.

Best pizza in Omaha! Hands down, without question or debate! You want the closest thing to authentic NY style pizza in Omaha, this is the place!! As someone who's only lived in NE for 5 years, it took that long to find good pizza, but now I have my place!Oh and the zeppoles, phenomenal!!

We ate at Frank's today (for my birthday) and they were pleasant as always and the food was fantastic! I love they now offer a half size of the Sicilian so we were finally able to try it. Delish! It was slow with short staff and some errors with new staff, but it was during their lunch rush and they were fast to correct it (without us even asking!) and make sure we came back. People who go out to eat during these weird times need to exercize more patience. We love Frank's already, but today's service and their attentiveness made us love them even more. Keep up the good work, guys!

I ordered a meat combo from Franks today and was never in my life so disappointed! When I took it home , the bottom was completely burnt! The Italian sausage was as thin as bologna lunch meat! The crust was paper thin. The taste was not good either. I am NEVER coming back! I would have been better off eating at Dominos ,at least they put some meat on there pizza! I guess when the restaurant was empty when I went in at 5:30 pm, that should have been the red flag not to eat here! Thought I would try a new pizza place , boy was that a mistake. Lesson learned, never again!

I had the best experience stopping in! I wanted New York style pizza & got exactly that. & thanks to Brian for wonderful customer service

Went to Frank's for lunch. When we walked in the stereo was blasting 60's and 70's music so loud that it was hard to hear to place our order. The pizza was average and nothing to brag about other than the edge of the crust which was the best part of the pizza, it was nice and crispy. We ordered it well done yet the rest of the pizza was limp. The onion rings tasted like the frozen kind so nothing outstanding with those either. The guy that took our order was pleasant and accommodating as was the person that served our pizza. We definitely won't go back though. If we want to listen to blaring 60's and 70's music we will go to a nightclub. Not sure why some restaurants insist on playing their kind of loud music and don't seem to care about their customers.

Tasty food and large variety! Try the Sicilian Pizza or the Antipasta Salad.

Great taste. They flavor is amazing. I really wish they would use a little more dough. It's so thin it's floppy. If it weren't that you can poke through the pizza it would be a 5.

They need to re-evaluate who they have "managing" their stores. The manager Alicia from the Franks we ordered from was so rude. We spent over $100 just on lunch at work and our order wasnt right. Her response was "not my problem, not sure what to tell you" I had raved to my coworkers about how great this food was and then they get it and half of it is missing or not right. My co worker even called the other location manager and was treated the same way. We were standing in her office when she called and couldn't believe the way she was treated. The lack of customer service and just basic common curtesy was horrific! Our whole medical office will not be ordering or recommending Franks to anyone based on this experience.

I've eaten at both locations lots of times and never had a bad experience. The owner and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Pizza done right! The sauce was fresh, the crust was crisp and toppings were full of flavor. I personally love the homemade sausage. It blends well with the homemade sauce. The Sicilian Pizza will be my next order.....it looks amazing! BTW, the calzones are huge!
