Excellent Service, Great Food
After years of being told that this was a great chain, I was underwhelmed and don't think I'll be returning in the near future. With prices as high as they were I was expecting something better than the somewhat average meal I got. That being said, nothing was inherently wrong. The whole experience served as a reminder to keep expectations in check.
This can be summed up as poor customer service and from the other reviews on here it is a trend. I typically love 5 guys, but they charged me for a delivery order I didn’t receive and it took them months to refund it. I eventually had to get corporate involved because the local manager was no help. He ignored emails, stopped returning calls and eventually said he could only offer store credit instead of a refund for what they charged my card. After I called the corporate office again to complain he had someone from the store call me the same day to refund the card. Just poorly run. 5 guys is good food but be careful at this location, it was a months working with this guy to do what should have taken a few minutes.
Had a pretty good burger and they still give you a ton of fries, but it didn't quite hold up to how I remembered it from a few years ago.
I love this place. Never takes long can call ahead. You watch everything in front of you. The cashier/order taker seems to always have a good greeting and personable. NEVER a complaint. However one FYI: your 1st time maybe a small order of fries( the cup gets LOADED!).
We have been there many times before. But today we went and it was different. The fries were so greasy and not crisp at all. The burgers were very sloppily put together and not cooked all the way. I know you all can do much better
O.....M.....G... Hungry? Better be! Burgers that are loaded are sooooooooooooo amazing!! Here you don't have a chance to eat as a lady or a gentleman which is a nice getaway!! Ohh and if you're thinking they skimp on fries, LOL good luck on that, burger and fries are a MAJOR specialty of theirs!! No matter what location you go to, the staff is absolutely out of this world!! Burgers and fries ALWAYS fresh! Can't beat em!!I'd gladly put their fries n burgers up against anyone who says they know a better place, cus they're coming out on top...
First timer at 5 guys, I was complaining about the price of a small frie(4.59) but they gave me way more than I could even share . Burger was best in a long time, the toppings are very fresh I wasn't dis appointed
I ate there yesterday with my husband. We both have food poisoning really bad. I would love if they would do the right thing and pay for my ER visit, but I'm not holding my breath. SMH
