Don't order takeoutThe food was good - the customer service for getting takeout was horrible. I ordered an online takeout on Saturday morning and was told to pickup at 10:50AM. I arrived to the store exactly at 10:50AM. I told the hostess my name and was told that my order wasn't ready yet, but they would bring it out to me when ready. That's fine - I understand restaurants can run behind, but there is no excuse for what happened next.I overheard the male host telling a DoorDash Driver (whom he seemed chummy with) that their computer was down and they were having to do orders by hand. It would have been nice to hear that information first-hand, especially since I had to wait 20 minutes for my food.I waited the 20 minutes nonetheless. At one point, the same male host asked for my name and for the 2nd time, I informed the restaurant who I was. At approximately 11:10AM, the original female hostess (who knew my name) brought out the food, announced it was for "Patrick" and sat it on a ledge behind the host stand before disappearing to God-knows-where.I approached the host stand. I was completely ignored by the male host, as he waived 2 customers up to the counter (past me). I asked "is that my food on the ledge?" To which he replied, "I don't know." I asked him again, "Can I get my food?" To which he asked another hostess, "whose food is that?" She told him "Patrick's." He shrugged, and continued to interact with the other customer! Admittedly, this infuriated me, and I told him - "It would be nice to not be ignored. I have told you three times that my name is Patrick. I don't know how many times I have to tell you that.Can I have my food that I have been waiting 20 minutes for?"At that point, he finally gave me my food! If a customer is waiting on their order for 20+ minutes past the point it was supposed to be ready - you should bring it out directly to them with a huge apology! As it was - the food was dropped off on a counter and the host acted like I was the problem for wanting to get my food within a reasonable timeframe after a 20 minute late. Perhaps if you weren't yucking it up with your DoorDash buddy, you could focus on your paying customers!
Our server was absolutely incredible!!!! Actually every single waitress and waiter we encountered was soooooo incredibly nice! It’s so hard to go somewhere these days and not have someone be rude or “having a bad day” and I am blown away by how nice everyone was (even with my kids running around)! Could not recommend this place more!!! Definitely join the waitlist online before arriving if you’re going at a busy time :)
Another good First Watch location. I am glad to see a chain that consistently has good food as well as good service. I also like that they mix up the menu with seaso al specials - and right now you can get the crab cake benedict, which was delicious.We sat outside at this location, and it's nice that their patio area is covered by the roof of the strip mall they are in.Service was great, friendly, and she kept our drinks filled. The food was very good, like it has been at other locations I have visited.
Always great service and food. Such a good variety of fresh food. We love going there & being able to get on the waitlist is an extra bonus.
Absolutely delicious brunch place to go! Their food is great quality very filling and reasonably priced! Only con to it is its so good they are always busy especially on the weekends! Cool thing is you can reserve your spot in line before arriving so u can wait in line less! Waiters are always sweet and food comes out fast! My favorite is the breakfast tacos and their French toast!
We do pick up from here every few months. Every single time my husband orders Biscuits and Gravy they don’t include the gravy in our carry out. How do you forget the gravy in biscuits and gravy?!? Do better. We’ve done our last order from First Watch.
Great vegan hash! New to the plant based thing but I would have sworn that was real cheese and then the Gluten Free waffle was superb!!! Thank you for thinking about us dietary challenged peeps!!
Great food and service! Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating! As my son says “ best French toast in town”!
The food is delicious. My personal favorite is the avocado toast. The purple haze is also good although, I find it a bit sweet.
Great place for breakfast! Had a group meeting here, service was good. Food was fresh and presented well.
