I had the beef and cheddar it was tasty and juicy I'll have another one and some sandwiches on the minue.

I cant beleive i just spent ten bucks on that new york steamer... maybe the biggest ripoff restaurant ever.

Good food, but rather slow service considering that it wasn't that busy when we were there.

I love their sandwiches, but they get soggy if you try to take them home. Eat them ASAP and you will see they are better than most of their competitors.

I like the concept I'm always with supporting a business backed by the sacrifice of our men and women of service when we truly need it so congrats guys

Such a great experience- food is hot with fresh ingredients and loaded with toppings/meat.Lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are juicy, onions are potent and meat is melt in the mouth moist. Fountain machine has a ton of options including fanta, barqs and dr. pepper.Cookies are bomb (recommend the sugar cookie). The employees are super friendly too!

This place is so terribly dirty. No soap in the bathrooms. Sticky floors, dirty fountain drinks, filthy bathrooms. We took the food as take out and threw it away immediately. The food looked dirty. The first time we tried this place and definitely the last.

This is not the place to go for a good sandwich, you don't get what you pay for. For $9 I got the sandwich pictured below, beside a screen shot of the same sandwich from their website. I realize that marketing pictures are always made to look perfect and what you get never actually looks the same, but these don't even remotely compare. There are so many good sandwich shops around to go to, no need to go here. I suggest Pickleman's, it's my go to place and will continue to be, I just thought I'd try something else for once and maybe add another place to my list of regular favorites, but this isn't it. At Pickleman's you still pay $9 for a sandwich, but it's really a piled high, hearty sandwich that will fill you up, so you get good value for your money.I contacted the restaurant to let them know of my dissatisfaction, and included the picture of my sandwich. The general manager called and left a message. As soon as I received the message, I called back just a few minutes later and was told that she wasn't in the store and they would have her call me when she got in later. That was a few days ago, I never got that call back. They don't take their sandwiches or their customer service very seriously.

Did an online order when I went to pick up they workers were just standing around talking and my order wasn't even ready when they asked if they could help me I told them I had a online order and they scurried to the register. And went oh .Maybe if they paid attention to thier job they would of been aware of my order . I actually waited 5 min longer than the time I was told to pick up just to give them extra time and I still had to wait for them to make it. Totally defeats the purpose of the online ordering.I will no longer go to firehouse there are plenty of other sandwich shops equally if not better that actually do the online process right
