We went into your store on Wednesday June 22nd 2022 it was 9:40 and the staff was trying to get ready and close. But when we went in they were very polite and courteous they went right to work getting our order ready fast and efficient we got our order in no time it was hot and very good. They brought our food out gave us time to eat. And still was very professional when we left. They told us thank you and have a good. Your staff that night ROCKED!!!

Long wait. I even walked inside because there were three cars in the drive through. I handed the cashier my buy one get one coupon and said I wanted meat sauce. Then he said "two dinners?" I said is it half price instead if I only take one? He said no, then got snippy when I said I was confused when he asked if I wanted TWO dinners when I gave him a buy one get one free coupon call Ma then he snipped off that some people get one with fettuccine sauce and one with meat sauce, or two with fettuccine sauce, or one with marinara and one with meat sauce, etc. I didn't argue but I told him when I first handed him the coupon that I wanted meat sauce. I think maybe it is just that young people don't want to wait on old people because the next person that came in was a young person and he was friendly to him. I know these restaurants are scraping for help these days so I guess I shouldn't be critical. Probably better if I just stay home and eat out of my own refrigerator …

I genuinely don't understand how this chain can stay in business. For a fraction of the price, and similar time table, i can buy jars of sauce and a box of pasta for a similar product. The magic is gone, and I dont see it coming back without a better product.service was fine.

Yummy food! Disappointing that they have succumbed to the "PRE-tipping" culture. At the cashier of this fast food restaurant you will be prompted to leave a tip before receiving your order.I did not tip the cashier, as I do not believe in the PRE-tipping culture that has been growing in popularity. Some advocates feel as though it is akin to saying"thank you"--to that I say: when did we become so callous that the gestured pleasantry of a simple verbal thank-you was deemed insufficient for interpersonal exchanges? Putting the shoe on the other foot: do we no longer have to say please and thank you, so long as money is changing hands? I simply cannot support that culture.It was also advertised that free bread sticks would be distributed to the diners--as I'm sure many Fazoli's fans look forward to. Interestingly, despite eating there for 20-30 minutes, bread sticks were not presented during our visit as usual when a worker walks around checking on guests.I probably shouldn't speculate about the relationship between pre-tipping and getting bread sticks. Perhaps there was some confusion about distributing them during the "COVID" era--some sanitary reasons. Perhaps I could have simply asked, but the initial impression from the cashier wasn't very clear on this point.Cheapskate, you say? Ha, no.... Instead, on our way out, we purchased a half dozen to-go. We still love those bread sticks. They ended up being more expensive than tipping, but I don't care. I do not PRE-tip. I guess the business wins again.

Came in for a quick lunch. Ashley took our order and her service was absolutely great. Kelsea checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything.

My friend and I stopped in for quick lunch. I have never visited a Fazoli's and no clue about the food. A young woman, Kelsea, helped me choose exactly what I wanted! Big shout out to her for her help!

As always Fazoli's offers great food, good prices and the perfect fast casual dining experience. In particular, Ashley did a great job in the dining area.

Came in for lunch today and Ashley good my order. She was very kind and did an amazing job. I will be coming back due to her being so friendly and welcoming.

James was incredibly nice and helpful for our entire meal. If we needed something he was there to make sure we were happy and taken care of

Absolutely love fazolis, I’ve always been comfortable eating here. Today I went and our server James, cared about us, and asked what we needed about every 5 minutes, our food came 3 minutes after we ordered. Great times
